Walked in with my friend and I went to the bar to get 1 drink. Bartender asked for ID and I showed. Bartender also asked me for ID of my friend. I repeated that im just geting 1 drink for myself. Both of us are not even close to being 21. I did not understand the insistation, it was frustrating so we left. Never been asked from a bartender about someone else ID. They don't check ID to enter if they are so warried.

What a terrible experience. I walked in hoping to enjoy a simple evening with friends—play some darts, have a drink, and relax. While the other patrons were very nice, the bartender was shockingly rude from the moment we arrived. They nitpicked every little thing, made us feel completely unwelcome, and ultimately asked us to leave without any valid reason.

We had just finished dinner across the street and wanted to support a local neighborhood bar, but instead we were treated with blatant disrespect. Based on how the situation unfolded, it felt like we were being targeted, and the behavior we encountered came across as discriminatory. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, and it was truly upsetting.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. No one should be treated the way we were.

Use to love this bar, until I wasn’t allowed entry on 10/15/2025. I don’t like to play the race card, but me being a brown middle eastern man after 10:45 pm, the white lady bartender didn’t buzz me in. However, an elderly white gentlemen came by a minute after, and magically, the door buzzed to go in.

He was greeted with warmth, and I was greeted with disgust. I didn’t order anything because I had felt too disrespected to even be there. Literally just walked in and was being questioned as to why I was even there.

Don’t support this business.

Great atmosphere. Plenty of room if you enjoy darts and if not there is a great bar also on the other side with very friendly staff.

Great neighborhood bar. Small town feel in a big city. Clean, great prices, free pool and a huge dart side with steel tip play.
The owners and bar tenders are amazing, I have been coming here for years now after moving from a little town in the UP of Michigan. Great place and good people!
They have peanuts, pretzels and pizza.
They have food on Sundays during football season for bears games and during baseball you will never miss a cubs game here.
They will host parties.
If you like to play the slots the have machines with on site pay out.

Great place to have a party. Didn't order food. Staff is friendly. This is the place for darts in Chicago.

Great bartenders, a dozen dart boards, and a pool table. What more can you ask for?

The establishment is very dirty and run down. Service is poor.

Can’t imagine this bar is all that great considering it was closed at 9pm.

Update: apparently you have to be buzzed in. The bartender saw me at the door and shook her head no. This was at 9pm and only a handful of people were there so I’m confused why that would happen but I see other reviews have this same experience

I went on a Friday with my friends at around 12:30, the bartender told us they did last call for drinks at 1:30. When we were ordering drinks, the bartender told us about his "world famous" apple pie drink that was supposedly stronger and better then anything else in the bar. When we asked about what was in it, he said something to the extent of "its homemade" Regardless, we bought a round of drinks and tipped 20%Thinking we had a full hour to play a game of darts, my 3 friend ands and I went to the dart boards. There was a couple other groups playing as well so we though we were good to go.At 1:00 the bartender turns off the music and yells that its last call. Since the times posted on the door said open till 2 am, my group and I kept playing. No more than 5 min later, the bartender is calling us out in front of everyone saying we were ignoring his last call and that we "snuck" to the dart boards, which is ridiculous considering there were 8 open boards. He clearly saw us playing when we got there and did not tell us there was a cut off time for the boards. After taking a look around, we noticed that no one else seemed to be in a rush to leave and he was singling us out.We left, super uncomfortable experience, will not be going back. Also the bartender was also the only employee? and you have to be buzzed in, there was no security? sketchy to say the least.
