Absolutely beautiful decor in the restaurant you can look out and see the river. The food was fantastic. Probably one of the best filet steaks I've had in a really long time.  Our server was excellent and very knowledgeable
Celeste is a great vibe. It has 4 levels, all with a different type of vibe. The roof top was my favorite. We had dinner on the first level, laid back ambiance. I got the steak sliders (which were actually roast beef). It was dry to my taste. My friend had steak and mashed potatoes (Same thing - roast beef). At that point, I think it is a Chicago thing. The waitress was very nice and professional. She changed my order with no problem. Security was awesome. We felt safe at all...

Laid out on 5 levels: the first two are catering points for drinking and eating, the two above are rooms for dancing. One is quite classic while the other has a fully lit floor creating a quite nice atmosphere!
The basement includes the toilets.
In terms of consumption, however, the prices are quite excessive (12 dollars for a shot of vodka or 8 dollars for a can of beer for example, to which must be added taxes and tips).
