Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten in my entire life. 45 minutes to get chips and Guac only for the waitress to tell us they ran out of Guac and gives us salsa instead. After that, it took over 1.5hrs to get nachos and a quesadilla, for them to say they ran out of chicken for the quesadilla. Granted the place wasn’t slammed or insanely busy at all. Absolutely horrendous service.

It pains me to only give this two stars as I love the River North location, but my experience here was pretty subpar. Came one night and we were one of a few in the bar and service was pretty bad. Food was meh and cocktails were just alright. Likely won’t return to this location and instead visit downtown.

Stopped by on a date and was charged $27 and change for a daiquiri and a white claw. We were only given a credit card receipt until I had to ask for a itemized one which had 20% gratuity built in. I seems as tho they trying to hide this from our party of two. NOT TELLING PEOPLE YOU INCLUDED GRATUITY IS WRONG & BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Management is terrible here. They use the excuse of being under staffed when they’re actually over staffed. One of the servers was complaining that she never gets paid on time. Food is ok. Margaritas are less than average. Wouldn’t waste my money here when there’s better spots in wrigley.

We tried to make our experience a positive, but this brunch spot said, “not today!” The outdoor patio furniture was wet from a morning shower (out of their control), an umbrella at a different table tipped over and knocked over our drinks and apps. We got checked on after, but weren’t offered new refreshments or apps. Our meals came out at different times and incorrectly. Staff blamed runners for their inexperience and miscommunication. The manager was made aware and removed a meal from the check (that never came out of the kitchen) and gave us shots. Really wish we had a better experience. Here’s to trying new places! Maybe we can try again in the future.

Made reservation through Google for Sunday 6:30 pm, and confirmed. But when I got here, they closed at 5:00 on Sunday. So just sharing with who are interested in this place to call not booking online. Pls fix that. Driving 1hr got here and so disappointed.

Went here on a Saturday evening - was excited to try out this new spot. Upon arriving, the hostess greeted us with the news of FREE TACOS. Awesome. We're seated and our waitress comes by, asking if we want free tacos. Sure, sounds great! We order a pitcher of margaritas and wait for the tacos. Looking around, we notice that not a single table has food. Concerning, but we wait. About 25 minutes later the waiter comes back, and we ask about ordering more food, and are told the kitchen has been closed for awhile. Huh? So were the tacos just a marketing gimmic? Seems like a bait and switch to get butts in seats.
