I’m super upset. This is tiny has the thinnest chicken slices ! Not only that but there’s way more bread than anything else! 3 pieces of bread! Soggy old lettuce. This is the Buffalo chicken wrap. This does not look like a wrap!They also didn’t give me my fries that came with it this was through Uber eats! Just super disappointed !

Terrible and awful service. I ordered delivery from Uber Eats. They forgot to include the Jalepeno Steak which is why I ordered from this place.The chicken club had cheese even though I selected no cheese. I called the restaurant and they told me to order something else & they will include the missing items or come pick it up which is outrageous. I should've read the bad reviews before ordering.

I come about an hour away to eat and the girl who is in charge of seating people asked her twice if she could sit us at another table because my wife is very bothered by the lights because they shine directly into her eyes and she just had surgery. eyes and said no because it belongs to another waitress we prefer to leave the place and she doesn't care I call the manager and she tells me the same thing that it is a rule to sit wherever they want I think it is wrong that they prefer people to leave rather than treat to accommodate them at another table, first and last time I return to this place

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have not always been content with their service but today left a horrible taste in our mouths. The food is great and is the reason we always return but today for simple requests, the manager did not care to keep the customer happy. We arrived and they wanted to seat us by the door, we simply asked to be seated away since it is cold out. We then got seated under the speaker that was extremely loud and we couldn’t hear one another and it was started to bother our ears. We asked to be moved and the waitress said the manager said no. They’d rather lose out on business than just have us sit elsewhere. Until we mentioned our party was increasing, we were moved. The waitress was great but it was kind of irritating that it was mentioned as we were leaving that not everyone from our party showed. We had a feeling they were watching us since the moment we switched tables. It sucks that you want to go to a good restaurant for a nice meal but it gets ruined by poor customer service.

The food is good, but the customer service was not to my liking. I ordered red enchiladas and they brought me green ones, I asked for 2 orange juices and they only brought 1, they never brought me the second one until the end, why did I ask them again and they didn't even apologize, I felt why not say it discrimination maybe they thought what not I had enough money to pay why the attention to other customers was different. Honestly we should never judge by the appearance of others
I really like the chilaquiles here,though they can get a bit spicy,I like that they aren't mushy and they have different sauces to choose from. The d'nuez crepes are also pretty good. The only thing that gives me pause is that their prices are a bit on the high side.

This place has deteriorated quite a bit with the remodeling, it seemed so unhygienic that you have to use the napkins where you wrap the cutlery since they don't give you napkins, I promise not to, I'll come back
