My bf got the la Rusa & I got the Torta with carne asada!
La Rusa : 7/10, the avocado didnt taste super fresh, and the meat was very thin, but the pineapple complimented the Torta overall. The portion size is huge and super flavorful.
Torta w/ carne asada: 10/10, super great portion size and super generous with the meat, comes with cheese too & the also loaded with cheese. My fav Torta place!
Get the carne asada, you’ll love it! Great portions with amazing pricing, but downside is that it’s cash only.

The food here is great, the tortas are 10/10, which is the only reason I’ve continued to come back. Unfortunately, the service is consistently disappointing. I’m never greeted when I walk in, and I’m often met with attitude both in person and over the phone.
As a business owner myself, I know firsthand how important customer service is. I deal with people all day, and I believe customers should ALWAYS be a priority. A warm greeting and a friendly attitude cost nothing, but they go a long way in keeping people coming back. I really hope this improves, because the food deserves better service to match.

My sister and I stopped for lunch today. She had been to the restaurant years before and said it was fantastic. She was not wrong and lunch really was fantastic. It's nice to know the quality has stayed the same for years. We ordered our sandwiches and chips and salsa were brought to the table. The sandwiches are HUGE... and DELICIOUS. We both ended up taking half home. The horchata was probably the best we have had. Overall great experience.

I personally love the tortas but Yesterday Sunday 8/3/2025 went to eat with the family. Our table was big like 8 people, but this time the service was awful. The ladies seems to be bother they got the tortas mixed up and the one of the tortas in the Lomo was a big bone which hurt my teeth.

After picking up an UberEats order from here, I decided to try them out for myself. While looking at the menu, the lady working at the counter suggested the LA Chicaho Fire torta. So I went with it. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. The torta was very good with steak that was seasoned very well. The lady was very friendly. They are cash only, but do have an ATM machine. I will definitely eat there again!
Ps the truth is, the service was terrible, they gave me a cake that wasn't the same and the meat was all burnt and above all very small, as for days now they don't comply with what they say, bad service

They gave me a not very good attitude after they were to blame, they became victims, I expected something better, nor did the manager have the courage to leave and not even an apology, it hurts if you tell them how bad it is so they can fix it or improve it. Not to give me a bad attitude, keep in mind that the customer is the one who is right. I hope you understand, but today the service was terrible and the food was bad, not to mention the atmosphere after I told them that the sauce was spoiled.

Would have left ZERO stars if possible Rude employees PERIOD!! Don’t even greet you when you walk in .. I went to the counter to get my order and wasn’t acknowledged until a couple minutes later. I could not wait to get my food and leave. Please ladies if you don’t like your job find another one… so many people out here need jobs and would love to have your spot. Hope you have a better day tomorrow and going forward
