Best donuts in the city hands down
First time at this location. The donuts were fresh and did not disappoint. I guess I only had the buttermilk old-fashioned but it is unassailable. It's also insane value. Whereas most other spots are charging over $4 for a donut in the city, Do-Rites prices hover at or below $3. Staff were friendly too. Great spot in the West Loop. Might be my favorite location next to Wrigleyville.
The cashier was Mobin he was very nice and I was thirsty, he served me lemonade it was delicious.
Good customer service by Mobin
Came here and i was so hungry and the cashier i think his name was mobin abslout great service very friendly and respectful and outside pf was a great place to chill
Unpretentious and so damned good. Was in town for work and wanted to grab a quick bite. A co worker mentioned she was headed there for a donut, so I joined her. I had the chicken egg and cheese sandwich, with avocado. And it hit the spot. I went back the next day, and the day after. The staff is efficient and nice. If you are looking for a quick spot for food, this is the spot!
Chicken and donuts was at the Franciscan hospital of Tuesday. They have the best donuts in the world. I am trying to find you our location. I love them donuts.
Best apple fritter!
My absolute favorite donuts in Chicago. I look forward to the winter peppermint double chocolate all year. Their old fashions are superb and I also love their breakfast sandwiches. The food is affordable and delicious.

Went here yesterday to get 6 donuts for my family for a Sunday morning breakfast treat. I noticed the "$1.00 coffee with any purchase" sign and added a medium coffee to my order. After paying and leaving, I realized I was charged $3.94.for the coffee, so I contacted the store regarding the discrepancy.
Note: There is no phone number publicly available, so the only option for customers is email.
Monica G. responded to my email, apologized for the inconvenience, and stated she would refund the price of the coffee. However, Monica then asked if the coffee was "small" or "medium". When I replied that the coffee was medium, Monica stated that the promotion is for small coffee only.
I pointed out the following in my email reply to Monica:
1. The posted sign says "$1.00 coffee with any purchase" with no mention of coffee size.
2. The sleeve that the Do-rite employee put on my MEDIUM coffee states, "$1."
3. If a small coffee is $1.00, why would a medium coffee cost almost 4 times as much?
I have not heard back from Monica since pointing these things out, and I don't anticipate I will.
Lucky for me there are plenty of places in Chicago to get donuts.
Purchaser beware.

We got bamboozled! The place was dirty, the tables were all dirty but one. Service was great, the ladies at the register were very nice but the food was not good. I had the original chicken sandwich and the chicken was flavorless. I was planning on a donut after my sandwich and honestly I had two bites and called it a day. Payed 6$ to park and for what?? Do-better, do-rite.

Do-rite has the best gluten free donut I have ever enjoyed. Incredible consistency, flavor, and all the deliciousness of a gluten-ful donut. Whenever I visit Chicago— I go out of my way to visit.

Dining room was very messy and dirty. Food was bland and made even worse by the fact they only offer salt packets, no pepper available. Latte was pre mixed and somehow both bland and too sweet. Disappointed at Do-rite
