This was the worst Docks I have ever had. The wait time for my food should have literally been 30 second for how cold the food was. The fries were both cold and burned at the same time. The fish sandwich had to have been cooked this morning. Along with the cold food there was cold attitude of the cashier and the way she took the orders and dealt with the customers was purely sad.

My food was fried way to hard. I would not be going back. I couldn’t enjoy anything. A waste of 20$. They been fell off. And the young girl at the register don’t care. She need more customer service training. Bad attitude goes with horrible food. Energy transfers.

I ordered, fish and chips, the fish was smaller than the usual, not fried the same, the seasoning was not the exact usual, l asked the cashier, if they are the same ownership, she said yes, but, l saw that the cook was another culture, which was an eye opener, l saw no original personal, l don't believe it is the same owners, the picture of the fishwich had cheese on it, never saw that in any Docks, unfortunately l don't think they are going to as well as before they closed.

Ordered a fishwich and noticed how small the pieces were. Years ago, these sandwiches used to have two big pieces of fish.I’m not sure what has happened with them.Prices are also substantially higher than they used to be, especially the wings. Wing prices have generally come down, so not sure why they haven’t pass this back to the customer.

It's Dock's! The food is good. I like Dock's. The food was made fresh, hot, I should have let it cook off because it burnt the roof of my mouth. I have never had a bad fish sandwich. The service was fast, it wasn't crowded. It is recently remodeled. Dock's had good fresh did at good prices and daily specials.
Well considering how long this location was closed for whatever reason most likely in house drama it has open back up and now is Under New Management I hope that they are better equipped to provide a better service as the lobby now has less seats the cooking area is open and visible mimicking a sharks and JJ Fish kind of feel obviously they still don't know how to hire well as however polite the first cashier was slower however her redheaded coworker had no problem smacking with her mouth open and eating while watching her slightly struggle and then when she did step up to take customers though I was the next person in line she took the person behind me while the other young lady at the slower cashier was still paying for her order they still probably serve a good plate of food but still lack professionalism also very disappointing that they do not offer ala carte options where you can buy single pieces of fish or wings as I attempted to purchase one piece of Whiting because I wasn't going to dedicate a full 10 to $20 risking incompetency.Not a good first impression back for me I'll continue to go to the location on a 119th and Marshfield in the mall they did me pretty great while I was waiting for this location to open back up so I think I'll just stick with the better black owned business.

Ordered 6 wings and a wing/ whiting combo. The chicken tastes like fish and undercooked. The fish was okay not much seasoning. The cashier was really nice, but the female cook was terribly. Don’t by this trash.

Went in to get a couple pans of catfish nuggets seems like the young lady was having a bad day or something. She was snapping on her fellow coworker saying “We not dropping no more nuggets” loud for the customers waiting to order could hear clearly. This is not okay and I’m sure the people that patronize this business are the ones that keep its doors open. Management please do yourself a favor and train your employees on customer service and how to not turn away customers because they don’t want to cook! Oh and it’s 2:22 in the evening.
