Extremely rude ladies working here. Older lady at the register has no idea how to work the pick up orders let alone accurately check people out. Staff just rude overall to customers coming in and placing orders.

So very disappointing. This is not the same docks fish I grew up on. I will start off by saying the cashier was extremely nice and polite. However the food was a complete miss. I had a fishwich sandwich. The fish was dry, old and cold. I took one bite and couldn’t go any further. Had to throw it away. Money wasted in this economy is sad!
I went in the restaurant and specifically asked for catfish steaks. The number 35 was on my receipt. My number was called I gave them the receipt. I didn't check my food before I left. Big mistake. When I got home I had the wrong order. When I called I was asked if I had my receipt, know I don't because you took it when I received the food. I was then told know refund on the food and I couldn't get what I ordered either. I proceeded to throw the food away. They had the nerve to say the number 35 was from earlier in the day. Well that was the number that was put on the receipt that you made me turn in. Bad customer service.

Cashier was awesome! Po-boy sandwich was 3 shrimp on a hamburger bun! My spouse was happy with his fish wish sandwich! Tip the Cashier, she is amazing! Don’t know her name. She has small chip on her front tooth, no shade! But she is that deal! She makes it worth it!
