The food was amazing but the cafe is structured in a way where you barely have to interact with staff, which can be nice for some people but is not my preference. This afternoon I walked towards the South side of Chicago, making my way to Dollop Coffee. With several locations in the city, this was my first experience with Dollop.
Upon entering I found the barista to be very friendly. Better still is Follop on Indiana offers a small array of beers on tap to complement the coffee. Brilliant.

Love the coffee and lattes at Dollop! This location can have a hefty wait time and has been understaffed for a while, but if you're patient and willing to wait, the coffee is great and I really like the atmosphere inside this location for doing some light work or meeting up with friends before going for a lakefront walk.
