Love the coffee and lattes at Dollop! This location can have a hefty wait time and has been understaffed for a while, but if you're patient and willing to wait, the coffee is great and I really like the atmosphere inside this location for doing some light work or meeting up with friends before going for a lakefront walk.
Needed coffee omw to Field Museum. Dollop was affordable and fast. So good that I stopped by again for lunch. The turkey club had a flavorful pesto and crispy home fries on side. All the clerks were great but Bloom was especially helpful. Thank you.
This is my favorite coffee chain in Chicago. Their chai is top. And the quality of their beans is also up there - single sourced, lightly roasted, compostable packaging, etc. The coffee does still taste intense though as a note. I like it cause I like coffee. It's not that sweet starbucks stuff. And more affordable than other cafes.
