I dig Dollop. I feel the Dollop shops all get weird coffee snob reviews or odd things like the donut icing fell off. The reality this: it's great coffee, BEACON DONUTS (!!), delish toasted bagel with cream/strawberry preserves, and a great atmosphere for work and chilling out.

The girl at the counter was nice and pleasant. But I ordered my matcha with oat milk and was given soy milk. not sure if she misheard me or didn’t want to tell me that their nondairy option was soy. And then unfortunately she must have set my cup down in wet bleach. Because it left a bleach mark on my pants and ruined them. Unfortunately, this kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I probably won’t return. I can find better matcha, and the experience itself wasn’t very good. Sorry!

Got the fog espresso latte - unique but good. Beautiful cup, just a bummer they can't warm it up again. I drank a little but it hada nice design up top.
Great coffee, great customer service, and amazing seating! It's not inside the coffee shop but connected to the resedntial building. But no one is stopping you from sitting and it's a vibe.

This is the second time I have ordered the turkey club. 1st time, they only had enough turkey to complete 1 of my orders. Ok, fine. Today (2x) I ordered online and gave all of my information. Walked over on my lunch only to get to the Ritual pick-up window to be told they are out of turkey again. Why couldn't someone call and say "hey we ran out of Turkey for the turkey club?" Would you like something else. Nope! Wasted my 30min lunch period. I think from now on, I'll stick with drinks if anything. Thanks.

You literally all need their chickpea sandwich. I’m not even vegan like that and I crave this thing all the time. I seriously go here just for that.
This place was a welcome refuge from a hot Chicago summers day! Over visiting from Ireland and happened upon Dollop Coffee. Everything is fantastic, from the original drinks menu (Blackberry Steamer), to simply classic iced coffees.
The barista, Michael from Utah was very welcoming and friendly. Can't wait to return on my next visit!

I rode up to the walk-up window on my bicycle last weekend, hoping to order an iced coffee without having to lock up bike and walk inside. I figured, if they have a walk-up window, it must be some sort of effort to offer convenience. I was told they do not accept orders and that the walk-up window was only for people who pre-ordered from some online app. So, they have essentially implemented technology to transform the convenience of a walk-up window into an experience that is as inconvenient as possible. I walked away since I can't be bothered to screw around with apps on smartphones.

This place is amazing! I placed a large group order and the two employees working the morning on 5/1 were the best. All of the drinks were delicious. I can't recommend this place enough and want to give a huge shoutout to those employees!!
