Went in for a Vanilla Latte and when I tasted it there was no Vanilla. I walked back to the counter and told the barista that my vanilla late didn't have any vanilla. She said I must have not ordered it. When I said that I was charged the 70 cents for the vanilla she replied that then it must be in there. My response was "would you please add a shot of vanilla to my drink"? She did but it was with a bitchy attitude. I don't need that in the morning.

Place is messy and noisy. Coffee has a good quality but I’m not sure if the barista did a good job preparing it. We ordered cortado and macchiato but didn’t quite liked the texture and taste. Something wasn’t right.

The drinks are wonderful and the service is so fast, but can we just stop for a moment and talk about how amazing the workers are here (especially Carter in particular. I hope I am remembering the correct name). They are always so incredibly kind, sweet, and funny (I have caught some hilarious conversations between workers here). I love everyone’s personalities. The best of human beings work here. Seriously. I have always been treated with such respect and kindness. Notable enough for me to leave a review that I should’ve left ages ago. You all are wonderful. I come here, more often than I am willing to admit. Haha. My go to drink at any coffee shop is usually an iced caramel latte. I always ask for extra Carmel here because I think it makes it perfect. Some of you always remember my order. I love the drinks, but you could honestly sell me a cup of dirt here and I’d come back every day. Thank you for always making my day a little brighter. A little kindness truly does go a long way. :)
Popped in for a quick breakfast on the go on a weekday around 9 AM. It was pretty busy, yet the staff were quick and efficient. The coffee shop is pretty small, however it is adjacent to a lobby with comfortable seating for any spillover customers who need a spot to sit. The breakfast sandwich is great. Moist biscuit, thick & fluffy egg, and crispy bacon What more could you need? I would skip the bagels for sure though. Very chewy and severely lacking cream cheese...

Popped in here on my way to Soul Cycle in Old Town. I got a vanilla iced latte with oat milk and it didn't disappoint. Coffee preferences vary so much, but I love a strong brew with a rich, creamy milk and hint of sweetness and the ladies on duty today hit this on the mark!
