Unfortunately a dog had relieved itself in front of the counter and it had gone unnoticed until my friend stepped in it. The staff promptly cleaned it up once they were made aware of it though.
Decent coffee but not the signature used in the northern locations.

We came in around 10 this morning. The barista on reg was managing everything really well between a rebrew and taking orders. The barista on bar was locked in too. Our drinks were done in no time and done well! I feel so bad I didn't catch their names (bc they even had a cute board with their names, pronouns and portraits). My friend and I both got lattes. THEY WERE SO GOOD. I had the toasted coconut and my friend got the honey cinnamon (miel). Both baristas were kind, working hard, and made our morning! Thank you both :)

This is a very cute and quaint little coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The coffee was absolutely delicious, and you can tell a lot of care goes into how everything is made. Ri, the barista who took care of us, was awesome—she took the time to explain the different drink options, answered our questions, and made great recommendations for food and snacks. Her friendly attitude and knowledge really added to the experience. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Solid spot at the base of a high rise. Menu is a bit limited but they have some solid seasonal drinks and some grab and go items
Staff were friendly and service was pretty quick.

Okay love. It was so cute in here and they had a ton of options. Service was kinda slow. They had a long line at 10:30am on a Friday. Seems like a great place to do work and they had a printer. My friend and I stopped I. For a quick coffee and oatmeal to go. We would probably go back. They had some cutie favorites, too! We wouldn’t need to wait for seating but we did need to wait a while to order and get our drinks.

I ordered the coquito latte (decaf) and it was delightful. All the flavors awakened my taste buds and the foamy top just soothed my lips. Perfect choice for a fall afternoon.
The service was great! Very helpful and drink was made promptly.
Environment was conducive for book reading.

We stopped by Dollop for the first time on our visit to Chicago. I ordered the iced snickerdoodle latte with oat milk, and my husband got the Conquito latte with almond milk — both were delicious and perfectly made and made quickly.
The vibe of the shop was welcoming and cozy, making it a great spot to relax or grab a drink to go. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu!
