No greeting when I entered, ordered the 2*2*2 at the counter. Counter girl didn't ask how I wanted eggs cooked and I forgot to specify, so they came out over easy (uncooked). Bacon was tasty, but had consistentcy of beef jerky. Pancakes were dry and tasteless, maybe the worst I've been served in a restaurant. Really awful experience for over $20.

Always friendly service. Tired something new and got the Salted Carmel Chai loved what I had of it but unfortunately I dropped it as soon as I got home.
Omg this honey latte is đđŒ
Best latte I've had in a long time. Miso caramel oat milk latte, perfect heart shaped froth design, lightly sweet, layers of complexity- just- chefs kiss! Spinach and feta pastry also delish.

Loved the coffee, the food, and the vibe. Lovely outdoor seating area, too!
There are very little coffee shops in the neighborhood and I really wish this one would get in the game. Feels more like a hobby than a business.
I love dollop! it has become my go to place in the last couple months to get some work done. wifi is reliable and the place is always clean with good atmosphere. the crowd can get kinda tough and weekends are way busier but staff got it down and they are fast, very attentive and friendly. the coffee is always good and with some cute latte art. the breakfast Sandwich with home fries its a must have! The menu offers breakfast, lunch and smoothies plus vegan donuts and pastries with gluten free bread. Im excited for the patio being open which is also dog friendly. Itâs a cute gem in the corner of Pauilna St, give it a try!
We are visiting from out of town and I went in on Memorial Day weekend and expected to wait considerably given the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised and there was no line. The staff was friendly and walked me through some of the specialty latte options and flavor profiles. Drinks were excellentâit was clear that the beans were high quality, the milk had great texture and well crafted with unique syrups to create a well balanced latte that wasnât too sweet, yet interesting.
The food is fantastic. Coffee is great. The space is cute.
The service borders on the offensive. If it was just polite, or even quick, that would be fine. You order, they walk away without comment, then you figure out how to pay on the kiosk.
The staff do not let you know when your drinks or foos will be ready, they ignore everyone. I just donât understand. When food or drinks are ready they do call them out for people to retrieve.
This is our local coffee shop. If I have the time, we go elsewhere just because of the service. Itâs not just once, or when they are busy or slow, or only one staff member. For over a year we have never had a good experience here.
We only go there now when in a rush, and try to get out as quickly as possible.

Good coffee, bad service.
Did not enjoy Dollop. Ordered a cold brew that took forever to prepare because there was just the one employee. It was very acidic and mostly undrinkable, and yet it was almost eight dollars. Not to mention that it was about 80 degrees in the store. Would rather go to Bad Coffee in the future.
They ran out of coffee. But they were happy to offer me more expensive options, which include coffee. I was there a half hour before they were supposed to close, so show up at least a half hour before they close if you want any coffee.

Went in for a strawberry matcha and was right away given cold treatment. The WOMAN WITH THE BROWN HAIR was telling everyone their order was ready and when my order was ready she just left it on the counter without letting me know. I waited a couple minutes to see if she would say something and when I asked if it was my order she sarcastically said âuh, yeah!â And rolled her eyes. Worst service over and mediocre matcha at best. She should be fired. I will never step foot in there again. Not sure if they were being discriminatory. Very uncalled for.
