I ordered a latte with banana and brown sugar syrup that was great! However I also ordered the “breakfast sandwich” the egg and bacon on the sandwich were both cold. The baristas were not very friendly and dismissive. It was not very busy when I visited but they didn’t greet us when we came in or seem happy to answer any questions my friend or I had. The coffee was good, service and food disappointing and cold; especially when my latte and sandwich cost $20.

Cute spot in the lobby of a high rise. Good breakfast sandwiches with a good bit of seating that blends into the building lobby.

Today I ordered a flavored latte and didn’t get any flavoring and the sweet danish I got was stored next to the savory ones and ended up smelling and tasting like onions. The food could be good but is always very bland. This shop could be good but isn’t quite there. Plus it’s expensive for what it is.
