You order extra cheese or extra toppings they charge you but don't put it on, then you get there like I paid for extra.... no I don't want you to remake my pizza, you wasting both our time. Reading is fundamental!

these people are so unsanitary they don’t use gloves while handling your food and dough. They don’t have hairnet on. They touching everything I wouldn’t be surprised if you guys had Ebola or any kind of disease that these people got out here they don’t care about what’s going on y’all body stop eating from this nasty place. Terrible terrible terrible Better Business Bureau. Better Business Bureau needs to come out and investigate.

Summary:

-Failed to deliver pizza drove myself to get it

I placed an order at 5:50 PM, and by 7PM, I'd already made three calls-each ringing five or six times, no one ever picked up. By 7:15PM, I decided to make my way and get my pizza. Once I got there, the guy took a few minutes looking for my order, finally found it, handed it to me... then I asked about the delivery fee. He said no refunds-but hey, have a small drink. All in all, it took an hour and thirty to get my pizzas, I paid for delivery even though I drove myself, and came up with a small drink. Once I got home, the kicker? My order was WRONG. And now that I'm trying to sort it out through Domino's customer service, they're totally unreachable.
The audacity to claim it was delivered by an expert. Im so mad I had to just laugh at myself for this experience

Just picked up two medium pan pieces one half cheese, half cheese and sausage and the other pepperoni and banana peppers and cheese on the whole pizza. As you can see in the picture, there are three huge holes in the pizza. I did not pay my good money for my pizza to look like this. I called the location and associate told me that the manager was not in and I could call back later, then hung up in my face.

She Pisces

Ive tried this location several times. Most of the time, the pizza was very good and fresh. A couple of times it was not fresh, had a couple of very hard foreign objects on it, but the male manager made things right. This particular time, I came into the store. The female manager with the brown eyes was extremely unsavory and unwelcomeing. No other customers were in here except me. Its like she was mad because a customer, came in and bothered her as she was sitting, relaxing on her phone. There's too many other places to go to that actually WANT and CARE about their customers. That's it for me. I will never come to this location again. 2 thumbs down.

Ordered a pizza from this location and it was delivered completely destroyed with half the toppings on one side. Tried calling the location to see if they could rectify the issue. But they had us waiting on the for more then 30 mins and no one still answered. Very disappointing, they need to do better.

With all the great pizza restaurants in Chicago, how does one wind up eating Domino's? Because that's what your Alabama wife wants that's how. After 50 years of great Chicago pizza Domino's just can't compare. I'd rather eat Pizza Hut or Lil Ceasers. The pizza was bland but salty. The cheese didn't taste like cheese and the crust was forgettable.

I commend Domino's for bucking the gig economy trend and having full time drivers (although from recent former drivers it sounds like they will be relying more on apps in the future) it does suck because their coverage is abysmal. We're relatively close by (under 3 miles) and they won't deliver. Sucks for them because with them offering 50% off for the week, we were going to use them for a Sunday event. Sometimes those old school policies don't work out in your favor.

It reminds me of the frustrations of ordering delivery back in the day before smartphones and the internet where you'd be a mile down the road and they wouldn't deliver or you'd be a block or two outside of the delivery zone... something I'm glad all, but faded away with time.
