Domino's Pizza in Chicago

“In the year and a half that I've lived in this part of Rogers Park, this Domino's location has

-never gotten my order wrong
-alway paid attention to my directions (I.e. baking well done, pie cut)
-always treated me well

Granted I live just a block north and always order take out, I can't speak to the delivery experience from this store but the takeout experience has always been everything I needed. And that's enough.

I'm going to miss this place when I move.

“I just want to say shout out to Eddie I hope I’m spelling the name right. If he’s the manager he’s great is polite and very respectful, it seems I ordered my Parmesan little breads at the wrong store and he sorted that out for me. He’s a great asset to this store he deserves a raise.“

“I'm not really a review guy but i live down the street and get pickup here every now and then for an easy post work meal. Usually come in around 9PM on weekdays, and the guys working here are awesome. Super friendly, and order is always ready within 20 minutes easily. Give these boys a raise“

“My husband and I have ordered multiple times and they are always fast and friendly. Our order is repeated and is correct eveytime. I appreciate Anwair. “Very hit or miss place. Not sure if it's who is working at the time or their ovens but my food will either end up cooked perfectly or a good portion of it basically inedible. I typically order the pan pizza and cheesy bread.

There are tons of local pizza joints but I occasionally come back to Domino's solely because no one can compete with their coupons. If you're picking up an order, the food can be incredibly cheap compared to everywhere else.“

“Honestly we have been ordering from this location for over 10 years. My mother does not speak English and the fact that they have so many bilingual workers is amazing. Every single time my mom calls to place an order it doesn’t matter who answers they are always so patient with her and explain all the coupons and never have an attitude with her (she tends to ask a lot of questions since she forgets things easily)Even their delivery drivers are polite and always have a great attitude when delivering the pizza. Notably saucier than other fast food pizzas.
Thought the chicken was a little skimpy on one, but the sausage was generous on the other. My 2 year old son enjoyed the extra thin crust, he ate about a quarter of a 14 inch pizza.“

“Our order was ready for pick-up earlier than the 18 minutes as stated online! The Pacific veggie and Deluxe pizzas were hot and fresh. Ordering on the website was easy and offered multiple coupons, which we were able to apply and saved money. The restaurant was clean and spotless. “This location has been closed for several weeks THEY ARE OPEN AGAIN! I asked the delivery driver what was up and he said there was a major drain issue so the store had to be closed.

Just had the new parmesan stuffed crust pizza, and it's 50% off pizzas this week. The ingredients were fresh the crust was amazing and the pizza was heavy in the box like it was a deep dish. The new stuffed crust pizza is very filling I can usually take out an entire regular pan pizza myself but with the stuffed crust I only made it through three slices.... YUM. Ordered the deluxe + black olives. You get a LOT for your money especially with the 50% off coupon on the app this week.“

“Had the longest day known to man. I was too drained to cook, too drained to grab groceries. Called up dominoes because there’s something special about that garlic crust. When I picked up my order, I was greeted by George who ensured me my crust was coated in garlic. That pizza smacked like none other, thank you George

“This is the best Domino's in the city, maybe even the whole country. The food is always really fresh and well put together. I've never gotten the wrong item or had something be incorrect. There's a parking lot here, so it's easy to do pickup as well. Even if you're feeling like you don't really like Domino's, give this one a chance. They stack up well against a lot of the neighborhood pizza places.“

“For a big chain this location has it down! Their pizza and bread sticks are fresh and delicious. Friendly service too. For how busy they were it didn’t take very long for the order to come out.

Both their hand tossed and thin crust pizzas are a favorite. Cheese stuffed breadsticks are a hit too. Online promotions are great but the only thing I don’t care for is the sauces (especially since they cost $1.50 each). Everything else is great and worth the cost.

Also I hope management upgrades your AC. I get that it’s hotter with pizza ovens but I went in at 9pm and I can’t imagine what it feels like during a 92 degree day with the sun hitting the windows. Take care of your hard working employees.“

“Bad experience turned good. When we received our order, my dad picked it up without knowing what to look for. When I came down, I realized it was wrong. I called the place to try and get this figured out and had to wrestle with the stupid robot who answered. Took me about 15 minutes of yelling different phrases until I finally got through to a real person. Once I did he was helpful and told me the driver would come back with our order. Took a little bit but the driver came back with the right order, was super nice and friendly, and even let us keep the wrong order. Weather it was the driver or the people at the store who made the mistake, who cares everyone’s human. But what I can say is they made up for it and impressed me with their excellent customer service.“

“I regularly pick up lunch from this Dominos location. My go-to is usually a large onion pizza or a pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. The food is consistently delicious and ready within twelve minutes. Abel and the rest of the staff are courteous and helpful.“

“Good place for takeout. Pizza itself is what is, decent takeout pizza. I wish they provided more salt in the sauce. Another problem is they don't have red pepper flakes. But overall, it's what it is.
