Domino's Pizza in Chicago

“Was my son's bday and he wanted pizzas (cut in squares) sent to his school at a certain time. I worked with Alicia, and she oversaw the order, made sure it made it to the school on time and made his day. Very impressed. Thank you thank you“

“I ordered over the phone and the team member who assisted with my order, Michelle, was absolutely wonderful! She took care of me from start to finish and made sure I was getting to most bang for my buck. I have never had a more pleasant over-the-phone ordering experience!“

“In the year and a half that I've lived in this part of Rogers Park, this Domino's location has

-never gotten my order wrong
-alway paid attention to my directions (I.e. baking well done, pie cut)
-always treated me well

Granted I live just a block north and always order take out, I can't speak to the delivery experience from this store but the takeout experience has always been everything I needed. And that's enough.

I'm going to miss this place when I move.

I have never received my wings like this so I called and asked for who made my wings and an employee named Kathy made my order she did an incredible job we need more employees like her! “Honestly we have been ordering from this location for over 10 years. My mother does not speak English and the fact that they have so many bilingual workers is amazing. Every single time my mom calls to place an order it doesn’t matter who answers they are always so patient with her and explain all the coupons and never have an attitude with her (she tends to ask a lot of questions since she forgets things easily)Even their delivery drivers are polite and always have a great attitude when delivering the pizza. Great job guys ❤️“

“Our order was ready for pick-up earlier than the 18 minutes as stated online! The Pacific veggie and Deluxe pizzas were hot and fresh. Ordering on the website was easy and offered multiple coupons, which we were able to apply and saved money. The restaurant was clean and spotless. The two women who helped at the register greeted us immediately with smiles, were friendly and professional. Thank you for the great customer service!“

“This is the best Domino's in the city, maybe even the whole country. The food is always really fresh and well put together. I've never gotten the wrong item or had something be incorrect. There's a parking lot here, so it's easy to do pickup as well. Even if you're feeling like you don't really like Domino's, give this one a chance. They stack up well against a lot of the neighborhood pizza places.“

“Not in store dining, but no issues with food or service. I usually get in car deliveries where you drive over to the store but the pizza gets delivered to your car. I guess this was from the covid days. Regardless, I have had no issues with finding parking space for the pick up.

Notably saucier than other fast food pizzas.
Thought the chicken was a little skimpy on one, but the sausage was generous on the other. My 2 year old son enjoyed the extra thin crust, he ate about a quarter of a 14 inch pizza.“

“Very hit or miss place. Not sure if it's who is working at the time or their ovens but my food will either end up cooked perfectly or a good portion of it basically inedible. I typically order the pan pizza and cheesy bread.

There are tons of local pizza joints but I occasionally come back to Domino's solely because no one can compete with their coupons. If you're picking up an order, the food can be incredibly cheap compared to everywhere else.“

“Had the longest day known to man. I was too drained to cook, too drained to grab groceries. Called up dominoes because there’s something special about that garlic crust. When I picked up my order, I was greeted by George who ensured me my crust was coated in garlic. That pizza smacked like none other, thank you George

“Great Domino's location! Great and friendly staff, and CRAZY quick service! 6+ guys working hard on a Saturday night, churning out pizzas for a packed list of orders scrolling on the TV screen. Clean store too, especially considering how busy they were.“

“I ordered online at 3:58pm and my pizza arrived at 4:15pm. The fastest order I have ever received on anything I placed online. The pizza was pipping hot and ingredients tasted fresh. The Mac and cheese was a bit too saucy for me but still tasted really good. I gotta be honest I wasn't expecting too much but was nicely surprised!“

“For a big chain this location has it down! Their pizza and bread sticks are fresh and delicious. Friendly service too. For how busy they were it didn’t take very long for the order to come out.

Both their hand tossed and thin crust pizzas are a favorite. Cheese stuffed breadsticks are a hit too. Online promotions are great but the only thing I don’t care for is the sauces (especially since they cost $1.50 each). Everything else is great and worth the cost.

Also I hope management upgrades your AC. I get that it’s hotter with pizza ovens but I went in at 9pm and I can’t imagine what it feels like during a 92 degree day with the sun hitting the windows. Take care of your hard working employees.“

“Good place for takeout. Pizza itself is what is, decent takeout pizza. I wish they provided more salt in the sauce. Another problem is they don't have red pepper flakes. But overall, it's what it is.

And make sure you order through the website as they usually have coupons so you can save a little dough, especially in these times. Just for that, an extra ⭐.“

“Bad experience turned good. When we received our order, my dad picked it up without knowing what to look for. When I came down, I realized it was wrong. I called the place to try and get this figured out and had to wrestle with the stupid robot who answered. Took me about 15 minutes of yelling different phrases until I finally got through to a real person. Once I did he was helpful and told me the driver would come back with our order. Took a little bit but the driver came back with the right order, was super nice and friendly, and even let us keep the wrong order. Weather it was the driver or the people at the store who made the mistake, who cares everyone’s human. But what I can say is they made up for it and impressed me with their excellent customer service.“
