On the Domino's app I'm stuck with this store as my delivery location and can't change it but they never have online ordering turned on. I don't want to do phone ordering and miss out on online exclusive coupons and my reward points.

Had family from out of town. I tried explaining that Chicago has much tastier locally owned pizza joints but they insisted on Domino's. Crappy pizza. Crappy attitude from the delivery drivers who often terrorize local cyclists by parking in the bike lane and getting upset when you ask them to move. Truly the worst.

Ordered a pizza last week. The estimated time was an hour to be delivered and it took nearly 2 and a half hours. I tried to report it but the awful app and website wasn’t allowing it conveniently. Was never given a reason or anything for the inconvenience.

Bad experience turned good. When we received our order, my dad picked it up without knowing what to look for. When I came down, I realized it was wrong. I called the place to try and get this figured out and had to wrestle with the stupid robot who answered. Took me about 15 minutes of yelling different phrases until I finally got through to a real person. Once I did he was helpful and told me the driver would come back with our order. Took a little bit but the driver came back with the right order, was super nice and friendly, and even let us keep the wrong order. Weather it was the driver or the people at the store who made the mistake, who cares everyone’s human. But what I can say is they made up for it and impressed me with their excellent customer service.

Food wasn't the best, that's fine, it's dominos. The real problem is the delivery driver trying to get into my apartment!!! He left the food in the lobby first door, as instructed, and then he tried to come into my apartment!! My apt door is locked, he giggled the door knob a bunch trying to open it, after he already set the food down. Finally he gave up and left. If you're a woman, don't order from here!!!!

They only allow you to place order if you give them your card information, this is insane.
I find it very annoying & odd that they’re card only unless it’s a pickup order. Even then, it’s sounds like they’re still iffy on cash. Why offer cash as an option on your website if you’re just going to say no thanks anyway?
Wanted to try using a pizza coupon the other day & no matter what I did, they refused cash. I have the money. I’m not one to skimp out. If it’s because they’re getting scammed by others, I sympathize, but it’s still unfair that everyone gets punished for it now. If any of these quality control (or lack thereof) reviews are true, then you have no right to limit your payment options. If you want to sell people’s data just say so lol

Ordered here a few times. Once the delivery driver gave me attitude for having to wait 2 minutes while I came down SEVEN stories in an elevator. Then the next time I ordered here took well over 90 minutes to deliver a 5 minute drive away. Terrible service.

This is the best dominoes I’ve ordered from in Chicago. Its hit or miss but will be a hit 98% of the time. And will indeed be delicious. They never burn my crust. But they could put like 20% more toppings. I’ve ordered from this location like 7 times over the past year.
