Ordered here a few times. Once the delivery driver gave me attitude for having to wait 2 minutes while I came down SEVEN stories in an elevator. Then the next time I ordered here took well over 90 minutes to deliver a 5 minute drive away. Terrible service.

This is the best dominoes I’ve ordered from in Chicago. Its hit or miss but will be a hit 98% of the time. And will indeed be delicious. They never burn my crust. But they could put like 20% more toppings. I’ve ordered from this location like 7 times over the past year.

Terrible service. Ordered online thru the app. Needed to check regarding food allergies for my kids. Order went thru, app didn't give me an opportunity to request allergy caution. Called location several times, no pick up. Automated bot kept updating delivery status, but Im not even sure if this location is open as listed online, and if the food will be safe. Not many options for my kids at night. I'm stuck being charged for this and now not sure if the pizza is coming. This sucks.

More than a few times I have ordered a deluxe pizza, this comes with sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers and mushroom. I added bacon because why not I love bacon. Twice I ordered that pizza and twice they sent me a cheese pizza with bacon. Now mind you I have the app with free 2 topping pizza and I paid extra for the deluxe, but twice received a one topping pizza. When I called the location they never answer the phone so I was unable to get a refund both times. Wish they would pay attention to the order and also be accesible for when they mess up because of the dominoes mafia, you cannot order delivery from another dominoes except the one closest to you. Do they are my location by geography not choice.

Watch your credit card receipts! We've caught this location on 4 different occasions over the past year changing the tip and over charging our credit card. FOUR times! You order online, immediately get receipt which shows tip and what posts will be higher. Thankfully, Amex has investigated and refunded our money each time. Although, Domino's is cheap and affordable this location clearly has MAJOR issues and thieves.
This place is awful, how hard is it to make pizza and fill orders correctly, not hard at all.

I made a mistake when ordering online and called over and over for more than HALF AN HOUR and not a SINGLE call was answered, they sent it out for delivery and still never answered the phone. I’ll be ordering from other location from now on. Answering the phone seems like a pretty basic thing for a restaurant to do.
