I have so much to say but no energy after dealing with the jerk I had to call 4 times last night to finally get our pizza. Store was 901 W Madison in Chicago. Pizza came TWO HOURS after we ordered it (the delivery driver was out for an hour to deliver our pizza - we were 0.3 miles away from the store). I ordered two pizzas at 1:25, was charged $26 and then the pizzas never came. I was credited back the money but was never alerted the pizzas were cancelled. The “pizza tracker” even said they were “out of the oven”. Disappointing service.
