Ordered carryout on Tuesday 4/2, my order was a medium pizza & garlic bread twists. After eating the pizza I started eating the bread twists & there was a hair inside one of them. I called the restaurant immediately & was told their “district manager” will get in contact with me for a refund. 3 days later & no one has contacted me. I dont care about the money specially not $15. It was just extremely disgusting, unsanitary & unprofessional. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, unless you want a long piece of hair in your food.

Someone needs to get this franchisee out of this business. This store doesn’t get the support they need, aren’t able to get delivery drivers and therefore are constantly backed up and it takes 90+ minutes to get your pizza. I have sympathy for the staff at this place. Usually when I finally give up on delivery I call and the manager/only person working throws my pizza in the oven immediately for pickup. Dominos corporate take note, this franchisee needs to turn over to someone else.

If I could give it zero stars I would. A worker ignores my boyfriend standing at the front for 15 mins waiting for an online order pick up. Mind you there is no one else in line. Two more people then walk in. The employee asks the people BEHIND him what they have. Deliberately over looking him to the point that the woman standing behind him makes a comment about them ignoring him. My boyfriend had not spoken one word yet. 15 minutes later he returns with the other two peoples orders. Finally decides to acknowledge my boyfriend. Then proceeds to hand him the wrong size pizza. We ordered a large and received a medium. Zero sense of customer service here.

Im a frequent customer of this Dominos location as I work around the area. I order gluten free because I'm allergic to gluten. Every single time I order I have to go through a new issue. Last time they didnt have gluten free and didnt bother telling me until I got to the store. This time my order was "ready" on the status and the screen in store YET I had to wait 10-15 mins to get my order. Every time theres some sort of issue. I have to wait regardless of when I place my order. The staff is unprofessional and frankly doesn't care. Its absurd. I'd rather drive further and not go to this location.

Pizza was severely undercooked, cheese wasn't even melted all the way and the dough was mushy. I had to cook it at home in my airfryer. They looked super busy, but I'd be willing to wait to have my pizza done

I came to this location I place a online order and SPECIFICALLY asked to cut my pizza in squares. They cut my pizza in slices then cut it in squares. I was told that they was going to replace my order. I get here and Kareem giving me hell so yes I called corporate and I will never come back here after just watching the 2 employees ring up customers and not washing their hands but making people pizza.. DISGUSTING DON'T COME HERE
