Just went in there right now to pick up my door dash order keep in mind i’m 53 and the women working there just started yelling at me because I told her the name of the order I’m picking up not the items. She was the only one working there no wonder she was mad. Get more workers dominos! Very disappointing she was even cooking the pizzas too very disappointing experience. I’ll make sure to think about how they abuse their employees before buying for this place again.

It seems as though no matter how many times I request them to square cut my pizza. I always seem to get it in triangles. I have little ones and they cannot finish a whole triangle piece. So I always make sure to request it and they never follow my request. I'm convinced that the workers just look at the ingredients for the pizza nd that's it. Otherwise, I have no real problems with the entirety of the place. The pizza is good enough.

Placed an online order and they showed up 2 hours later, had tried calling and maybe they were busy but no one answered while I waited. They ended up showing up and I saw missed calls which I realized after it was them but 2 HOURS LATER! Called and spoke to someone and I was told a manager would call back. Never did so I called and was put on hold for 30 min. Hung up and they answered and finally they said sorry, nothing we can do. Never ordering from here and going to the smaller more reliable pizza shops is pilsen. Service and care and attention and taste is much more worth it.

The absolute worst Domino’s to ever exist. I ordered a singular small pizza. I could’ve ran a marathon before it was delivered. Not to mention, I tried calling the store several times for an update on my order and I was either hung up on, or on hold for 20+ minutes. If you want to wait hours for an extremely mediocre pizza, order from this location!

Nobody uses gloves. I seen the delivery driver come in put on his apron, start working in the kitchen and never wash his hands. Staff works fast when it’s busy and food is hot and fresh but I’m very concerned about the workers washing hands and not using gloves.

Why is it that every time I order online through delivery they get my order incorrect. I pay for extra and I never get what I paid extra for it seems like if you order for delivery they don't care and they're going to make your order incorrect hoping and expecting that you don't do anything about it and when you call back they tell you that you're lying the only time I order and it's correct is when I go in person and that is ridiculous there's no point in offering delivery if you cannot provide consistency and accuracy
If you order through delivery ur order is 99% of the time incorrectly made. I pay extra just to get nothing I paid for on my order for the last 6 times since the new location. I finally decided to do a pick up order and for the first time it's correct in months I don't know whether it's because I ordered in person and they know they check the order before they leave or because u hired a professional (Lesly) . Great job Lesly u deserve a raise !

The man calls my phone asking for my location. I send him the address and my apple location. He couldn’t speak any English. My food never arrived. He kept hanging up the phone and acting like he couldn’t comprehend. So I spent money and never received my order. Close this place down.

Delivery drivers here are scammers. If you order online, pay with exact cash. I placed an online order with my card only to get an email saying that a tip had been added after the fact that I did not authorize by a driver named Dishon or Dijon or whatever. I reported this to customer service and they never got back to me. This is months after another driver lied about their policy being not to give change so he could take a bigger tip.
