Why is it that every time I order online through delivery they get my order incorrect. I pay for extra and I never get what I paid extra for it seems like if you order for delivery they don't care and they're going to make your order incorrect hoping and expecting that you don't do anything about it and when you call back they tell you that you're lying the only time I order and it's correct is when I go in person and that is ridiculous there's no point in offering delivery if you cannot provide consistency and accuracy

If you order through delivery ur order is 99% of the time incorrectly made. I pay extra just to get nothing I paid for on my order for the last 6 times since the new location. I finally decided to do a pick up order and for the first time it's correct in months I don't know whether it's because I ordered in person and they know they check the order before they leave or because u hired a professional (Lesly) . Great job Lesly u deserve a raise !

The man calls my phone asking for my location. I send him the address and my apple location. He couldn’t speak any English. My food never arrived. He kept hanging up the phone and acting like he couldn’t comprehend. So I spent money and never received my order. Close this place down.

Delivery drivers here are scammers. If you order online, pay with exact cash. I placed an online order with my card only to get an email saying that a tip had been added after the fact that I did not authorize by a driver named Dishon or Dijon or whatever. I reported this to customer service and they never got back to me. This is months after another driver lied about their policy being not to give change so he could take a bigger tip.

Only thing I did not appreciate was her putting her hand on my food without having gloves on remember germs do travel and we’re just getting out of Covid so I think all employees should wear gloves or preparing customers food otherwise, everything‘ else is

One of the employees chased my friend for 3 blocks after they successfully exited the store with their order, only to find out after being chased down that they had a $3 remaining balance on the order. Extremely, extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and uncomfortable behavior. As an employee, you need to make sure all ends of the transaction are tied up before the customer leaves the store, because then it’s no longer in your hands. Even more so, as an employee of a company worth 17 BILLION, is risking your life, running after a stranger for $3 the move?
