This has to be the worst food service place in all of Chicago. You place an order and they never show up, you call and they hang up which is a telling sign that they know what they are doing. Mistakes happen but when things happen all the time this means that it is being done on purpose. I ordered using my reward points and now I have lost those points because they marked the order as completed. Fraud is an understatement when trying to choose a word for the shenanigans that goes on at this place. You guys should just close up shop and stop with the BS.
Edit: so a 40 mins after my order was marked completed. The delivery guy shows up. This is not hard to figure out. They are marking orders as completed before actually delivering because it will look bad to corporate if deliveries are late. Looks like some serious training needs to happen at this place from top to bottom.

Very very bad service! Paid for the order that I never received!
First the food was late and it showed delivered in the app I had to call them to figure it out …. Then they forgot my 2 dipping cups which to be honest are expensive as they are….3rd issue my pizza I order pine apple and jalapeño but instead got a NY pizza looking cheese pizza and skimpy on the dough and cheese ….. IM SUBMITTING A OSHA CLAIM FOR THIS DOMINOS LOCATION AS MUCH AS THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE ISSUE IT ALSO BRINGS ME CONCERN THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION CLEARLY DOESNT SEEM BOTHERED ABOUT THE WAY THESE LAZY RATCHET EMPLOYEES RUN OPERATIONS

Update: This location is literally engaging in FRAUD by taking money in advance for online orders and never actually delivering food.
The pizza now shows as “completed” on the tracker but it was never delivered. Driver never called and never rang bell. I called the store and was on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on.

This Dominos sucks. They take forever to deliver the pizza. I live 5 minutes away from this location and placed an order at 5:50pm. The pizza was “out for delivery” at 6:20pm and it’s now past 7pm and it isn’t here… so either it will never arrive or arrive cold. No one answers when you call the store for an update either.
This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. Absolutely ridiculous.

Second time I’ve ordered food from this location…
We recently moved near this location… even though our usual location is the same distance away, the app defaults to order here…
The first experience was ok, but the food arrived cold and dry, and the delivery driver was rude and I had to walk the curb for my order.
This second experience was far worse… placed the order almost an hour and a half ago… said it was on the way an hour ago, and the tracking shows the driver hasn’t moved.
Tried calling the store and have been ok hold for almost 20 mins. Horrible service. Do NOT order from here!

Horrible customer service I placed an order online i checked the pizza tracker after 20 minutes of placing & it said it was ready so I headed my way to pick up the pizza & just to be told with an attitude that I have to wait 10 more minutes because the pizza was just now put in the oven. I go back to my car & wait. I go back inside the to be told that I have to wait 15 more minutes with the employee shouting.I placed it online so I wouldn’t have to wait in store

There is no way that this is a legitimate establishment. Ordered via the app, app said delivered 30 min later, but no delivery was made, and then delivery guy showed up 2 hours later with cold items. I'm a 10 minute drive from this location. Make it make sense. Now I'm gonna have to dispute the charges on my credit card because there is no way to get a refund.

The girl who took my order was very nice and very attentive. It seemed like the other preparation staff didn't understand the language very well . they handled my entire order wrong. I didn't have time to return to the premises because it was an order for my family.

This place is absolutely ridiculous, claiming to be busy with no one in store only for me to pass by and see people just standing around on their phones. I will never spend my money here ever again a complete waste of my time and money. Do not order from here.

In the hopes this store will close forever, I’ll contribute to the everlasting grievance list this specific space seems to cause. I ordered from the website, because I was trying to do my part in eliminating the third party systems that prevent businesses from getting paid. This pizza might as well be made by mice over a dumpster fire. That’s how long it takes for the pizza to even begin to be prepared and that’s what it tastes like when you get it almost 2 hrs later. Burnt and cold. A diabolical combination. I know the people working there are getting paid in cashews so I don’t expect much. But I’ve seen better efficiency in a rural chuckie cheese. Just close. The whole place. Go get some piña coladas and try not to initiate experiences that feel so close to hell. If you’re wondering why I didn’t cancel. Surprise, it’s impossible. There is no way to stop them from making that pizza and showing up, because they don’t answer the phone. You’d be better off telling a pigeon.
Also the manager reaches out on this specific vessel. But doesn’t actually respond or do anything. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges because this location purposely doesn’t answer the phone.

UPDATE: I stupidly tried again tonight, a month later, with the same result. After an hour of waiting, the app said my order had been delivered. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes with no one ever answering the phone. I sent an email to their genetic gmail address to get a refund but I'm sure I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Horrible service. Order from literally anywhere else!

Placed an order through the app at 11:56 PM. 45-55 minute estimated delivery time. Tracker said my pizzas came out of the oven at 12:18 AM. By 1:05 AM with no pizza, tried to call and got the "we're closed" message. At 1:15 PM, I got a text saying my order has been cancelled. I won't be ordering again.
