Pizza dough was raw on top and super soggy from oil. Tasted like they dunked the pizza in vegetable oil. Absolutely disgusting! Update...Domino's has reached out on Google reviews after they saw the bad review.They originally offered me 20% of next order, which will never happen because the pizza was so foul. Sad that it takes a posted bad review for them to care about customer complaints.

I placed an order online for carry out. I arrived to the restaurant walked inside, usually the staff immediately speak or say Welcome to Domino’s. It was a male & a female at the front, didn’t even look up to acknowledge me, I walked to the counter it was another female there, that didn’t even look my way. I stood there for maybe 3 minutes before I asked can I pick up my order oh that’s when she acknowledged me asking what was the name.I think that was rude & unprofessional that I had to stand there for minutes and then ask to pick up my order, no one addressed me asking can they help me, I’m wondering if I wouldn’t have said anything how long would I have been standing there before they “acknowledged” me. This Domino’s is just minutes from my residence but with service like that it’ll make me travel further to the next one that will probably have much better Customer Service!

I placed a order over the phone on 01/24/2024 after leaving work. So by the time I arrive at the location it will be ready for pick up. And ask if the location was kedzie and Foster she said yes .The girl answer the phone and took my order and charge me and notify me. When I arrived at the location at Kedzie and Foster to pick up my order the gentlemen told me there is no order. I notify him it was charge with my credit card and I placed an order over the phone and show him that I was charge with my phone. So I call the number where I place the order. A hispanic guy answer the phone and notify me the order is ready. I inform him when I place the order with the girl I ask her if this was Kedzie and Foster she said yes. So I told him I am at Kedzie and Foster and they do not have my order. He notify me no this location is at Chicago and Kedzie location. I notify him when I place the order I confirm the location Kedzie and Foster and she confirm. So he said he was gonna direct me to her so I can get a credit and he disconnected. I redial there number more than 5 times and every time I call they would disconnect the call they kept disconnecting my calls. And I had to place my order again and wait for my order to be prepared. I am so unsatisfied with the kind of service they provided to the public. I really hope to hear from a manager about this situation and they need to address the two employees about this issued. Very bad service!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a few Domino’s Slice The Price Card from a fundraiser that my nephew school had. I trued ordering online and it didn’t work?I then we to the location on Kedzie & Chicago Ave where I got no result. Mind you I had kids waiting to eat. The cashier scan my card and it came up as invalid. I Purchased 4 cards and if you see photos its states expires in June 30, 2024. I called corporate who said they would look into this problem. I have NOT USED any of the cards because they don’t work. This happened December 20, 2023 and I have not heard from them. I feel like Dominos took my money… Taking about help Support the Community?See photo’s attached. UPDATE Domino's can you share a direct line? As I spoke with a Robert on the day of the incident and he assured me that someone would be calling me to let me know the outcome. That was on December 20, 2023 at about 11:19amJust called Dominos spoke with a Robert who stated he see the notes that was entered but he needs to reach out to management to see whats the hold up! This happened December 20, 2023 and if any schools are selling these cards I will not purchase again. I’m really disappointed
