This place is the worst at taking accountability. I placed an order for delivery and it arrived 2 hours later, when I called the store they had me in hold for so long knowing it was me calling off their caller ID. Then the driver was rude saying he's the only driver and that I could've cancelled my order if I wanted to even after I tipped him. They have to do better. The manager should be so ashamed. Bad customer service. I should call corporate for this.

Made an online order which stated it would be arriving within an hour and 15 minutes but order actually ended up arriving 2 hours and 10 minutes after it was placed. This happened only after I received a message that the delivery was completed before it actually even arrived. When the order did arrive it was unsurprisingly lukewarm and only a cheese pizza when I actually ordered a four topping pizza. Also tried calling the actual store but no answer.

I ordered half pepperoni and olive and mushrooms on other half we called because we got 5 pepperoni and and 3 mushrooms and olives bad when we called a employee we explain everything and they hung up

If I could rate this place ZERO stars I definitely would! I placed an order at 6:48pm, the app said It was about 1hour and a half of wait. At 8pm I called because there was no update of my order yet, I called TWICEEE until they decided to finally answer just to tell me my order was not even started yet and that I would have to wait a ONE MORE HOUR. This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I just placed an order at another dominos 10 MINUTES AGO & ITS ALREADY ON THE WAYYY. This place needs better management, the wait is ridiculous. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Rude staff, rude customer service, I have placed an order around 12:39 pm it's 1:24 pm already and the order has not even moved after waiting for 15 mins on the call the driver said I am the only driver for today and have 4 deliveries before me, it will take another one hour, we order this for our corporate visitors and this was pre-planned order the guest left the business premises without having a meal. Is this what your brand stands for? DisDominos website is down too, it's painful to order from you. we are not here to get insulted from your drivers store members even after paying a full amount for the food with late delivery.
REFUND IS NEEDED. REACH OUT THROUGH EMAIL, as your food is of no use now.
