I ordered an online delivery from this location at 7:37PM and waited for 30 minutes. I go to the tracker and see that it says the driver Alberto completed the order. So I call the manager and she says "the driver has a lot of deliveries so it's still coming." Fine. 9PM rolls around and still no delivery. I call back and the manger says the driver said he handed to a young man. I asked the manger If the person said my name to confirm, and she said yes. I said that's ridiculous no one called me and she proceeded to say that the driver again said he also called which was a lie. Don't spend your money here because the driver will just give your food to any random standing outside.

We try order a pizza after 11 now they have a policy. We're we must pay with card before 9 but it's also responsible for them to tell us before ordering and the young lady we spoke refused us service after. So many years I bought pizza before. But there is No sign on website about this NEW POLICY I WILL CONTACT CORPORATE.

Definitely worth it. Even if it's last minute. I do feel bad because what I originally ordered somewhere else had to be canceled because a driver stole it and this was very last minute. I thought they were honestly closed already.

Every time I order from the app and get selected to this location there’s always an issue. Missing food, delivered to the wrong house trying to tell me I’m Wrong. Today I had a pizza delivered completely crushed it was a plain cheese pizza, and the whole cheese was stuck to the box. Tried to file the claim in app but it gives me a replacement pizza but o still have to pay delivery! Had to call in and they offered to replace it but now I have to wait 30-40 mins for a replacement when this could’ve been avoided had their delivery person been more careful with the food he’s carrying. Couldn’t even have my tip removed from the online order.

Beware they will charge you an extra dollar literally half of the time as their tip without letting you know. I've been there 4 times already and 3 of those times my card got overcharged a $1 and can't seem to get a hold of them ever now! Horrible robbing customers.

Food is great but everything else is terrible. They don't do curbside even though it's offered on the app. You will wait outside forever unless you yourself walk in, they don't bring your food to the door and instead make you walk out on to the street and reach into a strangers car for your order, they cancel orders all the time. The phone is always busy, terrible terrible service

Had a delivery driver call me tell me he was outside with my order and then told me it was not the correct order and to call the restaurant and get a refund. I have been sitting on hold for 15 minutes!! Terrible!!!! I better receive a refund I will never order from here again!!!

I ordered for delivery at 11:55pm and my food said being prepped and then I got a call at 12:35am saying they didn’t have a delivery person so they have to cancel why start the order in the first place I had to wait a long time to get that call after people are hungry? What kind of stupid service is this before I could tell the person I’ll pick it up he said I’ll cancel it okay Bye and hung up like that just tested my patience now at this point I’m in front of the store trying to talk to someone bc I’m pissed off and the door is lock I call and I been on hold for 32 min like no bro I’m so mad rn I wanna yell at these people
