The delivery takes exceptionally long. The delivery guys often mark the order as delivered but they take more than 30 mins to deliver after marking it delivered!

Pizza is delicious, but I don't even like the way it is cooked in front of you, but if you don't wear any gloves on your hand, they have a delivery service, payment is cash or card, and my advice is, do not be late. Answer them when you receive the order. If you do not respond to it immediately, your order will be returned, even if you are their accountant.

The delivery drivers like Jesus need to stop demanding higher tips. It's not acceptable behavior to haggle for higher tips for orders within 1-2 miles of the location. Where has customer service gone in this Country?

I only ever see one guy working here and he's doing the most. The food is always on time and on point. Always exactly what we ordered. Very yummy and fast.Parking: Depending on when you go, you may have a hard time finding a parking spot since it's a very small lot that is meant for all four businesses in the strip mall but the parking is free so that's nice.

Manager Alexis MC and Owner whose name was refused to be provided would not file a fraud report when it was brought to their attention. Feels like they were in on it. They refuse to file a police report.
Dry pizza , no seasoning and smaller portions. Only good if there are no other options. I'd rather just buy frozen pizza from jewel osco.

Never ordering from here again. The Manager ,Angel, is incredibly rude ,whether taking complaints or delivering food. They mess our order every time and give you attitude for pointing it out. Constantly forgetting part of our order.I called a few weeks ago ,the guy answering agreed to replace the food they forgot ,but it would be about 30 minutes to make and deliver. 5 minutes later the "manager" called and yells at me that we didn't order what they forgot and started screaming at me over the phone. I told him that the person taking our order is the one who screwed up and that they should correct it. He then hung up on me. I called several times to speak to him and he wasn't there.If you want Domino's go to the location on Kedzie @Foster. 100% better in every way. I don't know how they handle mistakes because so far (about 20 times,my kids love Domino's) they haven't made any ,and are always friendly, they will even help carry your food out.This location could afford to learn some lessons from them.But I'll never order from here again.
