They took an hour & 20+ to send my pizza. When I called to ask them what was the hold up, the worker said it was 7 minutes away, hung up, & then proceeded to cancel my order. This is not the first time they cancel an order on me. Extremely unprofessional & disappointing, will most definitely be calling corporate.

For a big chain this location has it down! Their pizza and bread sticks are fresh and delicious. Friendly service too. For how busy they were it didn’t take very long for the order to come out.
Both their hand tossed and thin crust pizzas are a favorite. Cheese stuffed breadsticks are a hit too. Online promotions are great but the only thing I don’t care for is the sauces (especially since they cost $1.50 each). Everything else is great and worth the cost.
Also I hope management upgrades your AC. I get that it’s hotter with pizza ovens but I went in at 9pm and I can’t imagine what it feels like during a 92 degree day with the sun hitting the windows. Take care of your hard working employees.

Pizza is good but it takes overly long for delivery sometimes up to an hour even after it's out for delivery
Placed an order online and had to be contacted because an item i purchased was sold out. I missed the call and was not even given 1 minute to see the missed call and return it before a replacement for my order was decided for me and put in the oven. When I called I was immediately berated on the phone that “you didn’t answer your phones we just picked something. If that’s not what you want you should’ve answered your phone” as well as was snapped at, interrupted, and scoffed at and nearly made me want to cancel the entire order and take my business elsewhere. The saving factor was that what ever employee who served us at the counter when we arrived for pickup was absolutely wonderful and gave relief that the experience wasn’t going to be an entire waste.
