Placed an order online and had to be contacted because an item i purchased was sold out. I missed the call and was not even given 1 minute to see the missed call and return it before a replacement for my order was decided for me and put in the oven. When I called I was immediately berated on the phone that “you didn’t answer your phones we just picked something. If that’s not what you want you should’ve answered your phone” as well as was snapped at, interrupted, and scoffed at and nearly made me want to cancel the entire order and take my business elsewhere. The saving factor was that what ever employee who served us at the counter when we arrived for pickup was absolutely wonderful and gave relief that the experience wasn’t going to be an entire waste.

I went for a pizza, paid, they gave me 15 minutes and when the 15 minutes were up they asked me what my order was and after that I had to wait 20 more minutes because apparently they didn't put my order in but they did charge me 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I ordered two pizzas, one with extra cheese. Both pizzas had barely any cheese on them. Absolutely criminal. Whoever runs this place and thinks they'll increase their profits by literally sprinkling cheese on their pizzas is wrong because I'm never coming back to this location.

We ordered delivery but they ended up getting the order wrong and then refused to answer the phone after calling them about 7 times, I’m very disappointed I ordered 2 pizzas one Hawaiian and one sausage and they gave me Hawaiian and sausage on one pizza and meat lover on the other pizza, I’m watching ufc with a couple of friends and now you guys killed the mood. Horrible customer service and horrible location
