I ordered from Dominos because I was hungry, it was on my route home, was tired, and they had the 2-topping carry out pizza promotion for under 7 bucks. I've had their pizza in the past several years ago and it was pretty terrible. However, according to 2 of my friends they changed their recipe and tasted decent. Well, I know now, to never trust their tastebuds, again. Placing the order online was easy and quick. I ordered the thin crust pepperoni and sausage and it was ready fairly quickly. Upon opening the box, it already looked dry and cold. I live less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. I decided to try a piece anyway and had to force myself to eat 3 slices to avoid going to bed hungry. Something about the thin crust annoyed me. It reminded me of slightly crispy pie dough. It was "off" in a bad way. The sausage fell off the slice each time I tried to take a bite. Almost as if the meat wasn't baked into the pizza and just placed on top after cooking it. The pepperoni was greasy and the sauce was lacking and almost nonexistent. I ended up letting my daughter and her boyfriend finish it off. I tried it and won't even attempt to do it again. I also ordered a garlic sauce cup and quickly realized that it was only garlic flavored liquidized cold margarine in a cup. So disappointing. I get it, teenagers and young adults love this kind of cheap pizza. Not me. I'm just glad this whole experience only costed me around $8.50. Lesson learned, stick to small business pizza shops with better high quality ingredients and recipes. You definitely get more bang for your buck.

Yesterday, I experienced a horrific event at this establishment. As I walked in to pick up my online emergency order, the staff was incredibly rude. Although my order appeared ready on the screen, the cashier arrogantly refused to give it to me. Many other customers faced the same issue, causing frustration to escalate. Shockingly, an employee pulled out a gun, demanding everyone to be silent. This traumatizing experience has left me with no intention of ever returning to this Domino's location. I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. I will be reporting this incident to the better business bureau (BBB) and the Domino's corporation.

It's tasty, but they charged us for an ingredient that they forgot to include and we didn't notice until it was too late to complain. They're a bit skimpy on toppings they do include for the price they charge. Not happy.

My favorite and the best store in Chicago. The owner is a really down to earth man who I have known for more than 20 years. I've never been let down by the Domino's team. Very good pizzas (ExtravaganZZa pan pizza and Philly Cheesesteak thin pizza). Delivery was speedy. Would be nice if Domino’s bring back free packets of Parmesan cheese and red peppers)

I've always liked Domino's Pizza & this location consistently provides good food. The one time they did make a mistake on my order, it was rectified immediately @ their cost. I will continue to patronize this establishment & recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The store manager was kind and helpful.The place was clean and the employees used glove and washed their hands. And the service was great I got my pizza so fast. It tasted perfect, look perfect and it was cut perfect.Thanks for making my day I plan on coming here more often.

Unfortunately, I can’t give less than a one star. But please if you’re thinking about getting your pizza delivered from this place then I highly suggest you think twice about it ( pick up your pizza if you can). I’m so disappointed in the manager more so the employe there who “delivered my order” never had an issue with this place before I’ve ordered from here countless of times. To only get accused of trying to get “free pizza”, Is what the employee was stating I was trying to do…. Well if he did his job correctly I would have received my pizza which wasn’t the case. Although the manager was trying to make things right, I kindly rejected his offer because I’m not trying to get my food tempered with . Sorry but I will not continue ordering from this place again.
