Our order was ready for pick-up earlier than the 18 minutes as stated online! The Pacific veggie and Deluxe pizzas were hot and fresh. Ordering on the website was easy and offered multiple coupons, which we were able to apply and saved money. The restaurant was clean and spotless. The two women who helped at the register greeted us immediately with smiles, were friendly and professional. Thank you for the great customer service!

I came in with an issues that I was having line ordering and the manager was very helpful and got it all straightened out. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to talk with him for a few minutes and he was very enthusiastic and engaging. The restaurant was very clean and so was the bathroom and we all know if the bathroom is clean the others things are clean and quality. The food was delicious and just what I ordered. Both employees made my visit very pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely be sending my family and friends to this location. Overall it was an 100 out of 100 for me and my cousin that was in town visiting. All I can say is go and check it out for yourself and see. I’ll definitely come back for my pizza needs in the future.

My best friend when in at 1 pm today to place an order. When he came in he asked if they were hiring? The manager on duty replied no. Then he continued to look at the menu to decide what he wanted to order. The manger asked did he want to order something and he couldn’t just stand in the restaurant. He walked to the register to figure out the menu. She continued to rush him. And kept asking him to leave. He was so confused by the poor customer service and open racism. That he left without ordering a thing. I was in Mr. Submarine ordering me something to eat when he entered and told me of the mangers questionable behavior. We both returned to the restaurant where I politely let her know that because someone asked u for employment doesn’t mean that there loitering. And he was having trouble choosing what he wanted and a recommendation would have been a better choice then kicking him out. The manager was mad face frowned up and visibly annoyed. We place an order for a pizza and a cookie . Which came out to almost 50 dollars. That was it for me. Because we questioned her behavior no promotions were suggested no help at all to the customer because we were black and she desided that we weren’t worth anymore effort from the looks she was giving us. I’ve never been discriminated against until now. NO BLACK PEOPLE should come to this location. They think we’re thugs and thieves and won’t even give common courtesy to the paying customer. If I could give then a zero rating I would.

I've had Dominos many times before. It's been fast and efficient, with the time in between ordering and getting the pizza no more than 20-30 minutes. Now that this location has partnered with DoorDash, it's been over an hour since I ordered, I called the location and the person who answered confirmed my order but could not tell me an estimated delivery time. The person chalked it up to the drivers all having multiple orders when they head out.

Strange how the place who is known for their delivery tracker suddenly doesn't know anything about where your delivery went and why its taking over an hour to get delivered. I'm disappointed in this location lack of quality I know the brand is capable of.

I called with about 15/20 minutes to closing and asked if I’d still be able to get a delivery. The person on the other line said yes and proceeded to ask me if I’m in a house or apartment. I said house, then asked how many floors. I said a house so one? Because we’re the only residents so It’s only one delivery door. Then asked again so how many floors… idk it rubbed be the wrong way because why do you need to know how many floors my single family home has? I’ve ordered from before with no issues but this just rubbed me the wrong way. If you didn’t want to deliver just say no. Then my fiancé calls to try and order and the employee on the other line says “are you the one that just hung up on me”. She replies yes we were because you were asking weird questions and we wanted to speak to a manager but apparently he was the manager. Don’t order from them late I guess lol the staff is weird.

App had made an error on my address and had it delivered as well, and I was outside of their delivery zone unfortunately.

The team was very nice to help and drop off the pizza anyways! Truly appreciate that they went out of their way to deliver the pizza! Thank you again !

Every time we order the pizza is on time and made right and the people at the store are always friendly and polite. Literally a couple of weeks ago the manager was working by himself at 4 in the afternoon taking all the orders and making the food dedicated and committed thank you for the great service and food these traits are hard to find in any business these days !!

They're 1.2 mi from my house, they took the order & didn't know how to run credit card. They called the owner who asked how much the order was for and even though I'm close he said I was 2 suburbs to the west! And not to do it! If I were younger & healthier I could get there in under 10 min. WTH!!! None of the employees knew the neighborhood, barely understood what I wanted on my pizza. They canceled & I canceled.
Won t EVER recommend this shop to anyone in the 6 corners, Portage Park area. Nowadays (post Covid) there is no night life any more. DEPRESSING. And they lie about their price!!! BS under $20.
