I wish I can give this a -5 star review, fat boi in the front says I cant use the 2 restrooms they locked even tho I'm a paying customer with a pregnant woman. They are too lazy to do the job they get PAID for. Idk what to say man.....you get paid to do a job if you don't like to do it then quit. Its not hard and maybe pay for a planet fitness membership boi! Also they (all) DONT WEAR GLOVES bruh atleast let me go take a piss

I ordered pizza and time was quoted about 45 minutes. Our order was 40 minutes late. I called and asked where our order was and the lady on the food would barely let me get a word in and told me they had too many orders so I needed to be patient. The driver would call me when he arrived. Why would you accept so many orders that everyone’s is late? When we got the pizza I ordered extra cheese. The pizza was pretty much all sauce. It was not good at all.

If I would put zero.MANGO HABANERO SAUCE wasn't there.Instead of mango habanero sauce there was the ranch sauce.This situation is happens not the first time to me in domino's.I wasn't complaining about them because I understand how hard is their job,but how they can do it.I am the person who wants to eat my order calmly.But the people who works in the domino's ruined my entire dinner and my appetite.

I had placed an order for a veggie XL pizza long back and when I received the order it was burnt at the bottom, so I called up dominos and informed them about it. The manager at that time took care of it and said they would send out another pizza... which they did but that pizza was received around 10:30pm which way past dinner time and had some sort of meat on it. Now due to some religious constraint we can't meat and that was the whole reason to order veggie pizza in the first place. Upon calling the store and informing them what had gone wrong they told me if I wanted to order again and I told them we didn't need any pizza anymore since it was too late. The person told me they have put credit on my account and I could call later again and get the pizza when I want it again. As we don't often eat pizza I reached out to the store today and requested to redeem the credit and get the pizza. Then I was informed by the manager only certain amount of the order would be covered and I would still have to pay some balance, they would also not delivered the pizza or they would charge me again for delivery. The manager I spoke to was Tiffany. She was arguing the whole time even when I explained her the whole situation, she told me it was a while back and I have no choice but to pay the difference. That's funny that I paid for the order before and received a burnt pizza (inedible), then the replacement pizza had meat on it and now when I was ready to give it another shot I had to pay more for an order that was never made right. And it's amazing to see the manager not understanding where they had gone wrong but constantly arguing. That definitely is not what is expected from dominos. Very upset and disappointed with the whole situation.

Fire the manager. This African American Women was on her phone for 15 min while multiple customers were waiting in the store.My order for pick up was ready and waiting. But she refused to hand me my food. She walked past several times, even asking who's food was there. She deliberately made eye contact and walked away on the phone.

Ordered pizza 3 days in a row for my job. For the first 2 days, my tax exempt number was taken over the phone. The third day, the manager would not accept it and was very rude on the phone. She kept referring to it is a discount, even though I was paying full price for the pizzas. I ended up going to the store in person with the tax exempt cert in hand. She said it would still take 2 days to get the owner's approval. I presented my receipts for the previous day's purchases and after arguing with me for 7 minutes, she finally took the tax off after she realized that I had an order history showing I had previous tax exempt purchases. There was no apology and she never admitted she was wrong. I ordered 11 pizzas in 3 days and this is how I was treated over.....TAX.

Multiple poor experiences here - this store needs better management and more staff. They have forgotten my order multiple times, and often make you wait 20+ min after the app claims your order is ready for pick up.

Wrong food for the THIRD time. Girl was on her phone when she was handing the pizza to me and I should've known. It was also cold and stale tasting like it had been sitting out. Very disappointed don't go here

I had a very poor experience to start. I ordered at 11.30 pm and got my pizza after 1 hr 15 min ; cold & super late ? . They were closed to take any feedbackNext day I called and manager Regina went above & beyond to correct. Next time it was delivered in around 30 minutes and great taste. I needed to put this review to make sure people understand sometimes things go wrong but the nice folks make sure to correct the mistakes. Thanks Regina ?

The worst experience ever. The driver ate 3 slices of the pizza. Didn't knock. Left food on the floor. I called to the location and Tiffany the manager was extremely rude and disconnected the call. She was over talking me and disrespecting me.The driver didn't called, nor knocked on my door to alert the food arrived. Will be speaking with corporate in the morning for a full refund. Tiffany and the entire staff is extremely unprofessional and this behavior will not be accepted!
