My order was delayed over 1 hour after the original estimate. When the driver arrived 2 hours after I first placed the order, he started cussing and said the manager screwed up by not packing our food. This store is in total disarray. It used to be reliable. Dominos mgmt - please do something!!!

I walk in for a carry out and get to the store when it tells me that the pizza is ready. I get there and walk in the guy at the front asks pickup online? I say yes he just stares me blankly and asks my name. I give it to him and he just nods and says it'll be a minute. He proceeds to run around and ignore me for another 20mins. I walk up and tell him I ordered over an hour ago and what was the problem. He asks my name again. Then finally goes to check the pizzas and sees mine on the shelf and gives it to me. Not a sorry for the wait or anything. I say seriously man, c'mon do better you saw me wait here for 20 minutes after I walked and you asked my name. He just smiles this condescending smile and says have a nice day. This is called shitty service and there is a reason why they have such a low score overall. I would avoid this Dominos if at all possible.

Ordered pizza for delivery on 4/18 and the pizza was basically a cheese pie. The toppings slid right off when I picked up a slice and it tasted (and looked) disgusting. Didn't even want to eat more than 2 slices. This isn't my first bad experience with Domino's delivery. Their quality sucks sometimes.

Ordered delivery. Took an hour and twenty minutes to come. Half the order was missing and I can't call becuse the number is alway busy. When I try to report an issue online, I get an offer of 20% off my next order and that's it. I've had terrible luck like this plavlce every time I order. I've finally learned my lesson and will never order again.

Unprofessional Handling of Delivery Driver Accident
I am extremely disappointed with the way this Domino’s store handled an incident involving one of their delivery drivers. While delivering pizzas, the driver opened her car door into a bike lane, hitting a cyclist, who then collided with my car, causing significant damage to my new car.
When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, the manager was very rude and refused to provide their commercial insurance information or take any responsibility for the damage caused by their driver while on duty. This lack of accountability and refusal to cooperate has left me with no choice but to pursue legal action.
A business like this, that refuses to take responsibility for accidents caused by its staff, does not deserve your support. I strongly urge others to avoid giving their business to a store that shows such disregard for basic accountability and professionalism.
