I have gone to the store for food items a couple times by default. I even sent my guests here two times. Every time except for the last time I arrived the food was cold and I always get there before the tracker says my food is ready; it was the same with the guests that I sent to this store. I normally go to the store by my job but because I stay in the surrounding area this is the closest one. There is no professionalism. The lobby is boxed in with thick plexiglass like a prison and the workers do not use gloves while touching ready to eat foods and foods that have been fully prepared to their cooking temperature. I put in an order through the app tonight for delivery and for whatever reason it switched to carry out. I know for a fact that I did not choose carryout because it asked first if I want to do delivery or carry out and when I selected delivery it asked for not only my address but my debit card information.b why would I ask for my debit card information if I had to pay in store as the store associate claimed I had. At the end of the day he told me that they were no longer delivering and if they weren't it would have been nice to be notified instead of me going through the trouble to select delivery into my address and my card information just for delivery services not be available. When I made this clear to him he yelled at me of choosing pickup and lying in other words when I know for a fact that I chose delivery because I was prompted to enter my address and my debit card information when I usually pay in store and they never asked for any of those things. He was extremely rude and the only reason I ordered here is because it's close and it's late. I'm not someone who often eats fast food but these are my options. He was very rude and argumentative to the point where I had to ask for my order to be canceled and hang up. He then banned me from ordering from this location as if I've ever want to again but if I wanted to I could just use my other account and other phone or have someone else order or go into to store myself. The workers here aren't normally rude but they are very unattentive and unprofessional and don't acknowledge customers when they walk into the store. I would rather spend more money and order from Italian fiesta which is right across the street. I will be calling corporate and reporting him. I think his name is Cecil or something like that. It doesn't matter, they'll know when they pull up my account. If I could rate this a zero I would.

Staff is terrible horrible horrible horrible experience they faked like they delivered my order then they kept playing on the phone some lady portrayed to be the manager on the phone but it was a white guy with glasses when I came in the store I asked for a receipt he went in the garbage and gave me that I took a picture of at the dominoes and requested for the general manager info they stole my tip money faking like they delivered a pizza customer service was absolutely terrible I will be reporting this place to BBB hope it gets shut down

I ordered 3 pizzas tonight, but only 2 were delivered. I called the store and they offered to make a fresh pizza and send it right over. It arrived in a few short minutes. This is how customer service should be handled. I'm very pleased, and the pizza is good.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST DOMINOS IN CHICAGO!!! Customer SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT HERE! The store is always nasty , I saw the lady back there cooking with flip flops on !!! THEY HAVE THE NASTIEST ATTITUDES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED PERIOD! My DELIVERY DRIVER RUDELY YELLED AT ME AND PROCEEDED TO PULL OFF WHILE MY PIZZAS WERE HALFWAY IN MY HAND ALMOST KNOCKING ME AND THE PIZZAS TO THE FLOOR!! THOSE WORKERS NEED TO BE FIRED !!!

I just order two pizza and 2 liter at 6:07 pizza pizza was marked for quality around 6:25 at 7:15 I called man said pizza was picked up by driver!! I called again at 7:30 he said pizza was there waiting on driver!!! Now pizza gets here around 8 the pizza dried out and cold!!! Now I been calling for 40 minutes they don’t wanna answer phone!!!! Never again that’s unprofessional disrespectful and bad for business you don’t play with people money and food my kids have school in morning no way they waited 1.5hrs for delivery no way you suppose to deliver a pizza that been sitting for 1.5hrs!!! I will be calling to have conversation with Renee aw yea whoever cuts the pizza need to be trained my bbq chicken pizza was a large half of the pizza was cut into two slices but rest were small

i ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:42pm and it didn't arrive until 9:00pm. i live on 67th street which is a 6 minute drive away. i would know, i've done the drive countless times going to the local market next door to the dominos. as i watched the delivery tracker, i saw the delivery go past my house multiple times to presumably drop off an order further away from me.. why? i ordered a sprite and got a coke instead, pizza was cold and dry, (duh, it took over an hour) and i specifically asked for the driver to ring my doorbell. he did not. he called me and showed up in his own personal vehicle, (not a delivery vehicle) and was watching tiktok until he saw me walk out the door to meet him. which i was never meant to do anyways. he was meant to ring the doorbell as i said once before. girl i'm tired. i want to support local and black/poc staffed businesses but what the hell is going on?

This place needs a new manger, seriously, it’s one guy working, some lady working here has very bad customer service. The location in Hyde park and back of the yard are managed well.

So here we are... they messed up my order. I ordered loaded tots no onions and Philly steak no onions no mushrooms guess they can't read both had onions and Philly had mushrooms. Then the driver was rude as hell and lied to my face saying meet me at the car there's no where to park when I literally was looking at 3 places to park. Mind you I used to work at a dominos it's not that hard

I ordered a Philly steak and a pizza and honey bar bq wings and it was terrible the Philly steak was thrown together the wing wad undone pizza was burnt I tried to call Noone answers and I did delivery it to almost a hour and a half
