I have been ordering the jalapeño bacon bread for years and the seeds on the jalepenos have in years past been semi-removed. Now it seems to be full seeds and my insides feel like they are burning now.

Ordered Medium thin crust cheese pizza. Received cold burnt cardboard. And no, I didn't request "no sauce". Ordered garlic knows and brownies and they were appropriately hot.

we ordered a Pacific veggie pizza, and their was a sausage on the pizza its completely unacceptable. We are vegetarians and have placed a veggie pizza order, so this shouldn't have happened.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE:their delivery driver has been reported for DV and I raised a concern to the manager and he hung up in my face I’ve also contacted corporate on this manner please stay safe

placed an order, 2 hours later the app said it was delivered but i never received it. Tried calling them and they don’t pick up their phone and this isn’t the first time this has happened. This place has gone down fast in the last couple months used to be the only good dominos left on the north sides.

Used to be a pretty good location- sometimes you’d get a very nicely made pizza vs a generic one. I was a very frequent customer until today. The order wasn’t tracking well. After about 20 min it showed as being prepped, eta 25-40 min. I kept checking and it was always in prep but estimated eta changed to 5-10 min, 5-7, then 1 min. Still no show 50 min after it said it was in prep, 70 min from submission of order. Called them and it took a while for them to figure out it hadn’t even been started. Then they said I modified the order- I never modified. I told them check my record, I order the same thing all the time. Went to bed hungry and unhappy. This location has really gone downhill.

Worst service ever, did a carry out order and the person didn’t ask any verifying information and proceeded to tell me that someone else had taken my order. And based on what I had already seen it sure made sense. Not a single sense of professionalism or courtesy for this dang mistake. Took a look at the crew too and they’re were employee eating as the were preparing the food. Which is against food preparation protocol. Someone should come to investigate this

would give a 0 if i could i wasted 15 dollars riding a divy bike to the store under the assumption id get my pizza, i called the store and said i had credit she said thats fine and said it would be done in 15 minutes i got there right in time when it was finishing up i then showed them the credit and she said i had to go to a different store and that it was like stealing from the store, THE PIZZAS WERE ALREADY MADE i had credit, absolutely ridiculous she couldve just given me the pizzas and accepted the credit, i order here often but im never ordering again thats for sure

I made a pre-order on the app and it was cancelled. They didn't send emails, texts nor did they call to confirm cancellation or to make sure it was correct. I received two emails to confirm order but nothing else. When I went to pick up my order, that is when they told me it was cancelled. No explanation was given. No one knew what happened. First and last time ordering here.
