Called because I had a problem with my order. And instead of apologizing and wanting to correct the problem. I was immediately met with the third degree and a lot of attitude. Unfortunately this is a franchise, so if you think you’re going to hold anybody accountable for their actions. Think again.

I really really dislike this location. I have been to a location that nickel and dimes you like this one. I ordered 9 pizzas today and was told they had no plates, no cutlery and cheese and pepper packages would cost extra. I order pizza all the time because I work at a school but I will no longer order from this location. There 10 pizza places in the area that have much better customer care.

Cashier very rude and dismissive. I specifically request the skip the line pass or whatever the title is called ,and she insisted I stand in line. I’m waiting for orders to be taken all while my food is waiting.

I always order gluten free cheese small pizza and it's good. But Domino's Pizza needs to have gluten free cheese pizza available in ALL sizes not JUST small. That would help people that have gluten sensitivities like myself.

This store needs more staff. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:18pm and it still hasn't left the store more than 2 hrs later (current time is 9:19pm). The store is not answering any calls & has not updated me so I have no way of knowing what's going on.

Ordered online through the app. They gave the wrong order and apart from that the delivery guy was being rude to drop off by the apartment even when we paid extra . Don’t order from them on days when you are sick and just want to have a pizza coz the delivery services are bad .

ordered delivery and placed my order at 2:24 pm, its 4:24pm right now and i still don have my food, i just bought 2 frozen pizza from target on 53rd street and about to bake it with oven, we ll see if my pizza is gonna finish cooking first or i get my delivery first. what a joke.

I've ordered food from here twice and the first pizza was pretty mid, but the second one i ordered today was COLD. I live 10 min away from the place btw. The driver called when he was a minute away and I was already on the way downstairs to meet him there at this point. The elevator got stuck upstairs and I didn't know that until I got there. I ended up waiting another minute for the elevator to come, just to go down the stairs when someone else told me it was broken. I felt bad for taking so long so I ran down the stairs and to the entrance of my building just for the delivery driver to snap at me and raise his voice for taking too long and saying he should've just left. I explained to him that I was sorry but the elevator was broken and I had to take the stairs. He kept sucking his teeth and getting aggravated. Then he didn't even know what my order was and had to ask what I got which made it pretty funny but still unprofessional. I know Dominos isn't really top tier but if you're interacting with people on a daily basis for work, you should really work on your people skills. Waiting an extra two minutes because I got caught up at a broken elevator was not detrimental to his shift! Def not ordering from here again. Theres other places that have better food and better service!
