When I picked up my order I asked for a few napkins and they told me they don’t give out paper plates utensils or napkins. I told them I just needed 1-2 napkins for myself but they still refused to give me any.

I think this Dominos is the worst I've ever been to. The one in Logan Sq is so much better but unfortunately too far to drive and pick up. Every year or two I think maybe this location has changed and order from it and every time it's really bad and I remember why I never order from it. The place is so filthy when you go there. They do not ever have napkins, or parmesan packets or anything so they can boost their profit margin. Always skimp on toppings or not even put the toppings on at all sometimes. Not sure how they can mess up Dominos pizza but they do, it always tastes gross, which is not normal. Go to the location on Fullerton in Logan Sq and give this location a pass.

I ordered two large pizzas and some bites and 8 pieces of buffalo wings and it turns out that the delivery gave my husband only the pizzas and the bites and the ranch but not the wings! I called the delivery to tell him that I was missing my wings and he kept insisting that he gave my husband 4 boxes when I saw him come in with 3! I called the store and no one answered me and the manager told me that the delivery says that he delivered my complete order! I mean, who is going to want to steal some wings? After I paid almost 60 dollars, they still told me that they were going to send me my wings again but that next time they wouldn't be able to do anything!, right? Like it's one's fault! Terrible service and terrible customer service! They have to improve their employees and they can't even deliver orders well. I had to talk to many people about some wings that I had already paid for and they didn't want to solve me! I won't order here again!! We didn't even eat out of courage!

They forgot my drink and gave me the wrong item on my order. Called and they sent a driver back out to correct the order but still did not bring me my drink. The woman on the phone asked the driver with me still on call and he started yelling in the background before they hung up on me? I know it's just dominos but how beyond ridiculously unprofessional can you be
