I've been ordering from here for years. Never had a problem with their service. One time an order was missing something & they fixed the problem almost immediately. They're always on time to our house too.

we always buy pizza at this location, our favorite pizza is Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch, we picked up our order around 6:00-6:30 pm 04/15/25, it was impossible to eat, too much oil, bacon with big pieces of fat like chewing gum, we are disappointed

HORRIBLE FOOD HANDLING PRACTICES. I made an order using the app. I pulled up to the open glass restaurant front. I watched the employee text on his phone for some time and then without washing his hands or doing anything sanitary, he picked up dough. I was tremendously disturbed. Phones have so much bacteria including feces on them. No gloves, no hand washing but food handling. I went into the store and talked to the employee and told him I observed him and did not want that food if it was my order. He obtained my name and noted he would remake everything. He did. As he was, I saw another employee using his phone and handling food. He didn't touch the food. The restaurant has cameras above them and can easily see their food handling practices. Sadly, this isn't the first time I have had this issue. It happened at a Domino's in the Beverly area of Chicago some years ago. I stopped going to Domino's and most recently started ordering again. This gives me pause. The employee in this recent event handled things as best as he could by redoing the order but I ask all food handling restaurants, to not touch your phone, money or anything of the like without washing your hands. Some ppl have autoimmune disease and none of us want food that can make us sick. Do better Domino's.

I just want to say shout out to Eddie I hope I’m spelling the name right. If he’s the manager he’s great is polite and very respectful, it seems I ordered my Parmesan little breads at the wrong store and he sorted that out for me. He’s a great asset to this store he deserves a raise.

The manager and crew are very nice. Last time I ordered on line but my order wasn’t ready yet. So the manger said: making right now and extra large. I’m a single mom and I always carry my baby so I don’t mind to wait when the crew is nice. Gracias por ser amables.

I have to say that I am quite disappointed. On Friday I ordered pizzas for my class for a summer Funday and placed the order on the app. Paid for it with my credit card. But for some odd reason, they said they tried to contact me with the wrong phone number and that because they cannot contact me which I’ve never had anyone confirm an order off the app before that they helped my pizzas and didn’t make them. Because I was in class I was not able to call until later on in the day where they told me that the reason was because they couldn’t contact me. However, the entire time on the app tracker kept saying that the pizzas were ready for delivery, but never arrived. when I called, I was told it would still take another 30 minutes for them to make the pizza because of the fact that they had them on hold. Instead of canceling the order in the app to alert me that there was an issue they just had it in holding. Have to say I was pretty disappointed and sober my students. If they looked at the address, it was a school. I’m not sure why four pizzas were such a big big deal.

This is my go-to Domino's but let me tell you today I ordered a crunchy thin crust deluxe pizza...OMFG sooooooooooo delicious and crunchy. Whoever cooked today around 12:30-12:45 pm...f'in AWESOME job!!! Tha knyou so much for a wonderful lunch!!!
Eddy is great! EVERYTIME HE picks up the phone he’s always so kind! Even lets you know when he’s putting you on hold. Other employers should def learn from him :) ! We need more people like him!

The pizza is good but you place an order paid with a card online and it is not ready because you have to confirm by phone for it to be made. It's already paid.? a bad requirement
