The Empanada
Clásica
Empanada filled with sautéed hand-cut angus top sirloin steak, hard boiled egg, black olive, onions and spices.
Isla Negra
This one is special! Mussels, Shrimp, Calamari, Scallops and Octopus sautéed with scallions, red peppers and amazing spices with a touch of Gouda cheese.
Napolitana
Empanada filled with tomato, basil, a bit of oregano and a blend of melted gouda, mozzarella and provolone cheeses with a touch of garlic. (V)
Poeta
Empanada filled with sautéed shrimp, corn, basil, oregano, and a blend of mozzarella and Gouda cheeses .
Pluma Pesto
Empanada filled with pulled chicken breast, pesto, hard boiled egg, black olive, melted gouda, onions and spices.
Jamón Queso
The Cheese Steak
Beautifully sautéed Angus steak with Crimini mushrooms and Gouda cheese. OMG!!!!

Empanada filled with artichoke hearts, cremini mushrooms, kalamata olives and feta cheese. (V)

Delicate soft and buttery crust cookies filled with soft caramel (amazing!)
Granny
Empanada filled with sweet cinnamon apples and a touch of honey.

That Sauce was Great!
Chimichurri
Mildly spicy sauce with cilantro, tomatoes, onions and garlic (great with meats, veggies, and empanadas!).
Pebre
Another Chilean classic, a fusion of onions, scallions, red peppers, spicy peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, olive oil and a touch of fresh lemon juice. The empanada's best friend!!

As a Chilean American it’s hard to find vegetarian Chilean food and there were 3 vegetarian empanada options. I tried the napolitana empanada and was pleasantly surprised by the seasoning that made it seem like I was eating a margarita pizza. This was a unique and creative spin on the traditional empanada I am used to. I also tried the Chilean tomato & onion salad and it was delicious and authentic. Last but not the least, the alfajores were so fresh and perfectly sweet...

The empanadas were delicious (Clasica and Neapolitan)! The corn pie and tomato salad were absolutely delicious and so fresh and authentic. To finish up the meal, we had the Alfajores and ordered more! They were so perfectly sweet. I went with my Chilean boyfriend’s family and they all said it’s authentic and highly recommended it!
