I have mixed reviews for this place. I went there for the first time, it was around lunch time. I walked in and I was the only person there. Cute place, they have an outside sitting area as well. Friendly server. I asked if they had Mexican hot chocolate even though it was not listed on the menu. They did and it was so delicious. They had wonderful music playing, it was a calming kind of Spanish music. I thought I would try the mole enchiladas with cheese and onion only. Server recommended adding cilantro, I was hesitant but I did. The mole tasted good, however the cilantro and sour cream killed the taste. I was looking at other reviews, not sure if I'll be going back.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, the chips w/ the salsa were ok, the salsa was bland & boring, not a typical Mex Resturant red/tomato salsa either. Nachos -bland, v little seasonings in the beans. Partner had a burrito which was just "ok".

Everything was amazing! Queso is unreal. Fish taco has a honey jalapeño sauce that is so good! Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been coming here for a couple of years as our Friday night date spot, and we have NEVER been disappointed. The food is consistently great, and we love the BYOB option. In the summer, we always sit on the patio. Though by far the best thing about this place is the service. They are attentive without being annoying and always so kind.

I was really excited to try Don Pedro Mexican Restaurant for the first time since we just moved in right across the street, but don't plan to return. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and after one bite, I through it in the garbage. It smelled like it was fried in old dirty oil, was soggy, and for some strange reason had lettuce inside of it. Shredded lettuce should never be deep fried. We also got the carne asada tacos which weren't very good either and couldn't be finished. The chips were stale, too salty, and also had the smell of old dirty oil. Basically I paid $52.00 for a small order of guacamole and queso since that's all we actually ate.

we waited for 40 minutes for two burritos. The servers didn’t even apologize for the wait and we had to wait ten more minutes for a check. We had to ask for it to go because it took so long. Service was terrible do not recommend

When you have to call the restaurant from the patio to get the waiter for ANYTHING, and you STILL don't get it what's the point? Salmon salad, was great salmon, naked lettuce. Beans were sad, watery and tasteless. Had high hopes quickly dashed.

Worst meal ever. Not even prisoners would have it as their last meal. The horchata lacked so much I wouldn't even know where to start, watered down, no sugar, way too much cinnamon. The prices were horrendous reflected poorly on the portions and taste. I was under the impression the tortillas were hand made, regular corn tortillas. I will say the burrito dinner was ok given the fact it was 20$. The fries were drenched in oil, it should be oil 6$, no way I could have given it to my kid. The tables were dirty, there was no one there when I got there and I was waiting a good 10 min, with the sun glare a table was dirty. I ordered online, paid a fee and then when I paid in store if I wanted to pay with card it was another fee sounds like uber eats to me. Never again.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's 2 ramps.

Food was excellent and so was the service. I was able to make special requests with no issues. Will definitely be back. The only thing I would change is the fluorescent lighting.

Omg!!! It was soooo great! We ordered the elite, streak torts and carnita tacos and churros. it was all beautiful, fresh, and tasty! I live on the south side and ended up north for an appointment and would drive up here again just for A Taco! The Torta was the best I have ever had, and the churros were perfect! Whatever the sauce they use on the base of the plate is absolutely incredible! We will be back!
