Xian bing, my beloved. You burn my mouth with your scorching oil and beef filled pancake. It's too hot to hold, yet I will still grab it with messy fingers and dip it in my black vinegar mixed with homemade chili oil. It nurtures my heart and soul. I came here a lot during covid, I felt a lot less lonely. Thank you.
Located in Chinatown’s central Richland Center food hall, this spot serves up many wheat-based staples from Northern China. Overall, the food was decent and the owners are super sweet and friendly! I would love to come back to try their other menu items.
