Dope Drip Cafe is a whole vibe!

Their energy is always welcoming, best customer service. They always make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Every bite of their food feels like home. Their empanadas are crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. From the perfectly seasoned lechón to the fluffy arroz con gandules, you can taste the love and tradition in every dish.

If you’re craving authentic Boricua comfort food with a cool, cafe-style vibe—this is it. Dope Drip Cafe brings the soul of Puerto Rico to every dish. Highly recommend! 💃🏽☕🍽️

The food is good but the person at the grill was very rude. I asked for a side of mayo and they gave me massive attitude about not having any extra sauces but I could see which ones they have for purchase on the menu (didn’t even mention if one of those was mayo). No problem paying for it (it was only like 50 cents) but there was no reason to be such a jerk about it. The cashier seemed friendly enough. Would definitely not come back or recommend it

The empanadas were ok. I liked the chicken. The cheesy beef was oddly sweet and tasted like bleach for some reason.

Walked 20 mins to try their food, 2:30 on a Saturday, and they were closed.....web site says they are open until 5pm. Not good business.....lost a customer for life.

Damn! That Lechón Sandwich hit the spot! Absolutely flavorful, the sandwich is pressed to crispy perfection, the lechón is well seasoned and juicy. The add of acidity from the pickled onion and creaminess of the door drip sauce beautifully ties the sandwich together. Not to mention the yucca fries are crispy and have a fluffy center. One final thing that parcha pina drink they have is so fruity and refreshing perfect for a hot summer day!

Will be returning to try some rellenos de papa!

At first we were hesitant about what the menu offered but we went anyways and OMG it did not disappoint!!! It’s just want we needed a little taste of home 🇵🇷
The owner was super humble and nice and was very helpful to all our needs.

I didn't just get directions, I ate at this wonderful little place and enjoyed it alot. This little spot is located in the back right corner of a location that is loaded with other restaurants. But this, is the one to go to. When in Chicago, make sure you stop here!

The food is amazing. The flavors in my omelette and hash browns blended together so well. The blueberry lemonade was on point as well. I completely enjoyed everything.
