I love the pizza but am tired of my order being wrong and bad customer service. I had an issue that the owner said he would fix it but the hegwich store refused to do. The Final straw of bad service and 20 + years of being a customer.

This would have been 5's across the board, the pizza was a 10, the delivery driver was great but I did not get my Doreens dollar which would have given me 5 for my next order. The owner said he would make it rite on the next order and they did not and just lost a 20+ yr customer because of bad customer service.

so the owner responded to my review about not receiving my Doreen dollar and he said they would make it right on my next order and now they said to bad to sad. so after over 20yrs as a customer I will no longer be a customer. Bad customer service is unacceptable.

I’m really frustrated that my orders are still not being sealed properly. I have requested multiple times that seals be placed on the pizza boxes, and after six orders this still hasn’t happened.
Every time I call, I’m told, “Yeah, I’ll tell them about it,” but nothing changes. This is a food safety issue. I use delivery services, and unsealed food creates an unnecessary risk for customers. There are a lot of crazy people out here, and you never know who might tamper with someone’s food. Other restaurants take simple precautions to protect customers’ food, so I don’t understand why this location refuses to do the same. If you don’t want to purchase seal labels, seal it with some packing tape.
Since my concerns haven’t been taken seriously and the issue still isn’t fixed, I will no longer be ordering from here and will not be recommending this restaurant to others.
If you care about your food being sealed and handled safely, this is not the place to order from.

Over and hour,food dry overcooked. Called to express my dissatisfaction and got we're busy. 30 dollars for garbage cold dry food....not again. Last time for this guy.
Ordered a heart pizza. Extra sauce and well done. It was perfect 👌. 45min to 1 hr wait. Came extra hot 🔥 highly recommend. Online ordering available.

Old school pizza shop. Order at the counter, and sit and eat. Not a lot of seating, but there is an outdoor area. Food is great for the price. Everytime we get out of town company, we order from here. Never a complaint on the pizzas or pastas!
