Dovetail Brewery is a great spot for beer lovers who appreciate traditional European-style brewing. Their selection is always fresh, with standout lagers, hefeweizens, and sours that show real craftsmanship. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, perfect for hanging out with friends or trying a flight. A must-visit for anyone who enjoys quality craft beer.
One of my favorite breweries in Chicago, we make a point to come here everytime we visit Chicago but really felt unwelcomed tonight. As a restaurant worker myself, it’s crazy they let staff make people feel unwelcomed in this establishment when the guests are paying the bills.
Really detailed and hands on tour by Brian and great products. If you like to geek out on brewing, this is the tour for you (and it's fun even if you're a casual beer fan).
