Hostess sat us but didn't give us menus. Took 15 minutes for a waitress to finally say "I'll be back with waters", still no menus. When the waitress returned with water she told us "your server will be right with you, I'm done at 3:00 (it was like 2:50)" I asked if she could at least bring us a menu so we could be ready to order since we've already been waiting so long. She acted like this was a huge inconvenience. Finally when our server arrived he took our drink and food order. I ordered a beer and was not informed that the beer I ordered was on special if I ordered draft. Of course he rang in the can. I realized it was on special once we left the table and went to the bar and the bartender told me. My husband and I were just going to split the smoked turkey club. No napkins or silverware, no extra plates, no condiments... our food came and we had to wait for our server to come back around to ask for these simple items. Nowhere on the ingredient list did it say mayo. The sandwich came DRENCHED in mayo (I would have said no mayo) and the fries were cold. At this point, we were done with this place. We sent the food back and closed our tab and went to the bar for one last drink to finish the game we were watching. I actually used to work for Levy at Wrigley Field, this is not at all what I expected in terms of service. This was just outright bad. I'm embarrassed for their staff. We won't be returning which stinks because we were so looking forward to checking this place out and hosting future events here.

I’ve been to Draft Kings many times and usually enjoy it, but my last visit was disappointing. My friends and I were sitting at the bar, but the taller white bartender with a green trucker hat, a beard, and tattoos on his forearms ignored my friends and I multiple times, took several shots during his shift, and told us the kitchen was closed at 9:30 PM, which I know isn’t accurate.
This level of unprofessionalism isn’t what I expect from you guys. I hope management looks into this to maintain their reputation.

Unfortunately the food we order was not brought out correctly. Items were forgotten and service was not great. Once they brought out our food, it was great and the environment is amazing. They need more servers for the amount of people that show up. It's a shame.. that place could be top place to have fun but it seems the service has been a problem for a while now. We've been here twice, not sure if we will be going a third time.

Had a terrible experience here. Sat at the bar and bartender just completely ignored me. He was busy literally shoveling fries and wings into his mouth. Disgusting. Then I finally ordered, and my stuff just never came. Asked him to check (in between his bites of his own food) and he said there’s nothing he can do. What horrific service. Never coming back.

Amazing alot to take in. If you’re a sports junky and want to really enjoy Sunday funday this is a great spot. Servers are very prompt. There’s a game on in every angle of view. Surprisingly moderately priced.
Kid-friendliness: Not so much… it is a bar

The sports book aspect was cool, but this was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It took us over an over just to try and pay. They messed up our food and we waited over 45 minutes just to get some burgers. Our server ignored us for most of the day. Would not recommended and would not go back.

Service is very slow. We would have ordered more food and drinks but never got the chance. It’s unfortunate because the general atmosphere for watching sports is great.

Was part of a large party here a couple of weeks ago and I made two small bets in front of the walk up stations, they both hit, I printed the cash vouchers and later on when I went to go cash them, they claimed someone else already took the winnings, they reviewed camera footage and paid it out to someone who didn’t have the ticket. I asked to have this escalated and the GM personally took my info, said he would re-review the footage and I never heard from him, I even submitted an inquiry on the website and its been a week and I haven’t heard back.

Fun place to watch the game… service is terrible. Waited almost 2 hours combined before they even put water on the table. When they hire more servers maybe it’ll be a great spot.

Came here to have a good time with friends and watch the game. Everything was going great until we were ready to check out. Our group of four paid one bill to make it easy for the server but she assumed the $10 tip on the card was from all of us. She threw the receipt at us upset which is understandable.
Little did she know the other three were going to tip in cash but her actions made us upset enough not to tip. Sorry Kelly P. We all work customer service so we know how retail and food service works .

Directly attached to Wrigley Field but zero access from inside the park on game days. Really seems to miss the point.
