DraftKings Sportsbook at Wrigley Field

Went here last night 11/3/2025 place wasn’t even busy and i had to chase down a waiter to get served the food was bad especially buffalo wings 🗑️ only good thing was the flat bread pizza my advice don’t come for food and drinks just come to place a bet and watch the games

Went in Sunday night for a quick drink.
Seemed like a slow night. Kevin the bartender really gave us the ick. He asked for my id after I ordered and I kept my hand out so he can hand it back to me. Instead, he threw it on the bar. I ordered a draft beer, didn't even fill it to the top of the glass.
Proceeded to give dirty looks every time he passed by as well. I would say thank you, he didn't even acknowledge it. Even closing out I didn't get a bye or have a goodnight. Just threw the check down and walked away. This upsets me the most because I'm a bartender who loves my job and giving good service.
We don't go out too often so to be met with that level of service was disappointing.

Came here today 10/26/2025 to watch the bears game. I was able to be seated but never received my food. I ordered chicken nachos at 1pm and left at 3:30 pm without ever receiving my order. I would not recommend coming on game days.

Service was sub par. Had to ask for our sever several times to bring food and our final check.
Food was decent but what was discusting was the bartender who was filing her nails over all the drink condiments like lemons , limes, cherries,, etc told the manager and honestly it was like they just didnt care. It could be a really cool place yet not sure if we will visit it again.

This is by far the best place to watch any sporting events in the city!! The television screens are huge and the atmosphere is unmatched! Nathan’s service was first-class and if you guys ever need anything while you’re there, make sure you ask for him!

Long wait to order 6 reheated wings for $19 is diabolical. A year ago the same order came with more for less.

Good place to watch the game , our server sucked put people before us . Took forever for our food. Only ordered 6 wings and nachos . Drink wasn’t that good
