If your sign says you're open til 10, you shouldn't have a locked door at 9:23.
Thanks for the wasted drive and parking fee!!!!!
Fix your hours. Saying you are open till ten pm and then not even open at 7pm??? Like be so fr we traveled here because it says you guys are open
Let me tell you this was my first time visiting this delicious sweet shop and it was truly the best waffle s’mores creation I ever tried and so was my dipped cheesecake. The young lady in pink was so sweet and patient with my gf and I. Amazing customer service and was 100% knowledgeable of the complete menu and offered good recommendations. Will definitely back with my children as well.
Best waffle and ice cream
This is Coldstone but for dessert waffles and churros. It’s not a cute inviting dessert place but sterile. That being said it was delicious so if ambience is not a factor then this place will do.
Pricey but not bad
Super great dessert, but the resturant itself was very dirty
Great ice cream. Daughter loved the churros she even thanked me twice. Cheese cake dipped was on point.
Ice cream didn't taste good and it appeared that the employees did not want to be there
Got one of their drip flurries and don’t know if I’ve ever been more disappointed in ice cream in my life. They are supposed to have one dip and one topping, I got an extra topping (strawberry and brownie pieces) but you wouldn’t be able to tell. For almost $10 I expected more than a small cup of vanilla ice cream with barely any topping and no dip. If there was dip I couldn’t tell, but I’d think it would be more obvious if dark chocolate was in this. The ONLY reason they got 2 stars was because I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. I recognize I didn’t order one of their featured trendy items, so maybe those are better. Overall extremely disappointing for the price.

Dessert was great!
We hired Drip for their live station service for my daughter’s 16th birthday party, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our party ran from 6–9 PM, and the ice cream station was scheduled to arrive at 7:45. At 2 PM (while we were in the middle of party setup), an email was sent saying they needed to push back by an hour. There was no follow-up phone call when we didn’t respond, so we didn’t see the email until much later.
On top of that, there was an unexpected thunderstorm that forced us to move the entire party indoors, which made it even harder to check email. By 8 PM, when we realized they hadn’t arrived, we called and were told they were pushing our time back. Since the girls were leaving at 9 PM, we had no flexibility left and had to cancel last minute.... I ended up scrambling to Dairy Queen for an ice cream cake so we’d have something to celebrate with.
What was most disappointing was that the owner was unapologetic, blamed the delay on the storm (though the original delay notice was sent hours before the storm), and we were not refunded our deposit, leaving us out of pocket for something we never received.
This was actually the second scheduling issue we had with Drip (our order was initially double-booked even after we paid the deposit), which makes me think this was another case of overbooking. I typically only write reviews when I have something positive to share, but I do feel it’s important for others booking Drip’s live stations to know what happened so they don’t end up in the same situation.... especially for a time-sensitive event.
Didn’t put in our order for half an hour, despise this place with a passion
