A quiet nice place to go eat breakfast or hang out...the food and coffee are so good (dark coffee and salmon bagel was superb)...the service is fine to good no issues...such a cool place and the park across the street is an amazing place to hang and meditate...go check them out!

As I live just steps from this place, I really want to like it. It has the potential to be a great local's coffee spot...cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, local events, and good quality products - all great! Unfortunately, the place has become an unofficial dog park. Despite signage prohibiting non-service animals, it seems like this is widely ignored as there are usually several non-service type dogs inside the shop at any given time. I get that it is a touchy subject, but...

Solid spot but the owner of this place has the audacity to charge an “online order fee” when going through their own website. I could understand if it was on ubereats or another ordering platform that takes a cut. This petty greediness makes me much less likely to eat lunch here when im short on time between calls.
