Bar staff was great, wait staff was great, food and beer delicious

Honestly though, this ai slop on the walls is offensive and disgusting. Whoever selected this stuff needs to rethink their choices. The absolute definition of uncanny valley. Looking at the walls makes the hair stand up on my neck

The wait staff and food is great. But they had these really cringe ai Santa posters. I really hate the interior design.

Solid beers, nothing exceptional but most were quality made and definitely worth trying. I ate both times I visited and the food was typical bar menu but decent quality and large portions. Only brewery in the area, but worth a stop and I could see it being a local favorite.

Dry Hop is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Greg and Brant is cool. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing burger. Must come back. 10/10.

Dry Hop was a great Lakeview East staple. They used to have the best burger and fries in the neighborhood but changed the recipe and ingredients and it’s a BIG let down.

We will only be visiting for the pizza. Please bring back the old burger and fries!

I like this place a lot - their $5 patio pints and elevated soft pretzel with house mustard/beer cheese are fire. However, I’m increasingly frustrated by the fact that they “don’t accept reservations”, yet whenever I walk past, the patio tables are full of “reserved” signs. Off-putting as a customer, as it leads me to believe some patrons are able to make reservations but not all.

I've been going to Dryhop since the day they opened. I'm so over all the bad menu choices. Clearly this is someone that likes beer more than food. If you want to make a group of people in the neighborhood happy just please bring back the original skinny fries. I would have likened them to the most expensive fry at the most expensive restaurant. Now they're garbage Ore-Ida steak fries. If you do, I'll delete this review. Don't worry, I'll know, I still frequent your restaurant all the time.

This is my go to for one of the best burgers around Lincoln Park & Lakeview. Several burger options and pizza selections which never disappoint. The assorted beer brews on tap complement any food selection you might choose. I suggest the cheese and cauliflower curds, always a great starter. Always great service and chill atmosphere.

Nice food, cozy a bit loud.

Great beer, great staff

Not great food. Fries are frozen, thick. Smash burger served on a cold bun with little flavor. Miss. Go across the street to Wilde

Hi there, I’ve enjoyed my experience that past 5 years, and mainly see the lead bartender. He’s absolutely, positively, no questions asked, one of my favorite people EVER behind the bar. He is a special one-of-a-kind guy and is a primary reason I continue to visit this spot with my partner. Additional reasons are the food/pizza, overall employee service and new beer choices, while staying consistent and not going too far away from their norm. Cheers, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

This place ate. Burger bun was sooo yummy delicious, as was the overall burger itself + fries.

Overall, our experience was positive. The food is good, and the place has a nice feel to it. However, for it not being very crowded, getting our order in took a strangely long amount of time. I would certainly go back, but would probably go elsewhere if in a rush.

Not much positive to report about DryHop.

- Food was so-so. I got the curry wrap and wouldn't get it again. Not much flavor and too much tortilla. There are dozens of better places within 250 feet you can walk to.
- Waitress checked on us once when we first got the food and then we never saw her again. We would have ordered another round of beers halfway through our meal if she had come by. Had to wait a while after finishing our food to finally get the check.
- They don't take Amex. You're in Chicago and it's 2025. That's wild stuff.
