Brendan McNeill (The Owner) is a racist homophobic bigot who abused and harassed his employees on a daily basis and has for years and years. D4 Irish Pub & Cafe offers delicious food, including their blackened salmon salad and chicken pot pie, in a cozy and spacious atmosphere. The friendly and helpful staff, such as the bartender and servers, work to ensure a pleasant experience. Guests often comment on the warm welcome they receive from the host, who greets everyone with a big smile. The pub features a wide selection of Irish beers on tap, including pints of Guinness, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The menu includes Irish classics like Shepherd’s Pie (notably the Cottage Pie with beef instead of lamb) and crunchy Beer-Battered Chicken Fingers. Guests appreciate the reasonable prices given the location and quality, and many enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice. However, some visitors have noted issues with outdoor pests, such as a small rat, which the management needs to address with better deterrents. Overall, D4 Irish Pub & Cafe remains a dependable spot with great food, good drinks, and a welcoming environment. Booking in advance is recommended to avoid long waits.
