Also the host (sorry I forgot her name) blonde beautiful big smile. A good soul says hello and thanks for coming to everyone. Even helps an older couple find their seats. The food is amazing chicken pot pie is the best in the US. But it’s so amazing to interact with good people. Thank you both for just being yourself.. Please do not ever change.

D4 Irish Pub & Cafe is legit my go‑to in Streeterville. Went for dinner—kicked things off with the Beer‑Battered Chicken Fingers (so crunchy, those sauce flights are fire) and a side of cheese curds. Then dug into their Shepherd’s Pie—hearty Guinness‑built beef under mashed potato crust. Cozy up by one of their fireplaces with a pint of Guinness or scotch. Vibe was relaxed and staff was super friendly.

D4 Irish Pub was our choice for a family get together meal prior to our boat ride. Our server, Jordan, couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we sat down. The menu has some great selections and some Irish classics. (Get the cheese curds!). The meal and atmosphere were perfect, and Jordan was so happy when we finally ordered shots ! D4 is highly recommended.

Just stopped in after a harbor/riverboat tour for a nightcap. The cocktails were good and the service was excellent. A very upscale Irish Pub..... Two Irishmen walk out of a bar ...... Well it could happen 🤣
So good. The food is fantastic, the beer battered chicken is the best I have ever had and the bread pudding is just as good. The service was amazing able to get to right when you needed it, Juliana was really good. The atmosphere is so cool. It looks like a Chicago restaurant and bar. Would recommend to come here if you are in Chicago. Best restaurant ever!

This pub is only a 7 minute walk from where I was staying. I have always loved going to local pubs and this place did the trick. The food was amazing. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my husband got the Reuben. They were both ridiculously large and very good. We both ended up bringing half our sandwiches back. I 100% recommend the mashed potatoes as a side. I have no clue what they do to them but they are authentic and homemade for sure. I also want to point out our server, Ivan. Very attentive and very nice. He brought drinks before we asked. He checked up on us continually, even though he had some big tables. I wish we had something like this restaurant close to where I live. I highly recommend this place.
