Food was good, their restaurant week menu was different than what was on the website so that was a little disappointing but still good options.
Went for my birthday dinner and felt very taken care of! Food was fantastic as usual, especially the Peking duck. Our server was sweet and attentive. Only issue was being sat so close to others, felt a bit on top of the other tables as we were sandwiched in between. Other than that, entire experience was wonderful!
As someone who has lived in taiwan for multiple years, duck duck goat does an amazing job of blending authentic Taiwanese flavors and dishes with creative American twists. The impressive thing is the preservation of authentic flavors while adding a more western twist on dishes. A few items reminded me of my 阿媽 AMA's home cooking which is an invaluable experience. I'm biased and a bit unfair in my review of comparing prices to Taiwan, but prices are fair albeit high, but worth it for me to experience flavors I can only get via a 1000+ dollar plane ticket. Overall great and worth the experience
I love Duck Duck Goat! I've visited multiple times and this place never disappoints. Which is why I took my team here for a post holiday celebration. The service and food are always outstanding. The only negative would be that drinks are a bit pricey.
My elder daughter and I had a blast here during Chicago Restaurant Week. The weather was appalling outside (2°F, blowing winds and snow!), but the place was hopping for a Sunday brunch. The Restau-week lunch menu was excellent, giving us a great overview of what's offered on the regular menu. We feasted on duck&goat spring rolls, xiao long bao (tasty, but not as good as at QXY dumplings in Chinatown), shengjian bao, and a pork fried rice omelette. The best dish for me was the outstanding citrus tea baobing dessert (black tea shaved ice, citrus ice cream, honey-citron condensed milk on top). Yum! Definitely planning on returning when my other daughter gets into town with a group of her friends in a few weeks. They will love this place! Decor has a bit of a Disney-vibe to it, but it's super fun--not cloying. Music was eclectic and hip. Volume was loud but not too overwhelming.
Great food, kind service, and they even gave me a birthday dessert for my birthday next week without any mention of it. Always a pleasure to dine at DDG.
Always have a lovely time here, and this night was no exception. Incredibly disappointed to learn that they've changed their Crab Rangoon recipe to include nuts, as someone with a nut allergy who had chosen this restaurant for her birthday in part for that dish, but a small disappointment in an otherwise wonderful evening. Also, their apple cider sorbet is EXCEPTIONAL!
Overall a very good experience, and my third time dining here. One of the daily specials (shrimp and peanut dumplings) were particularly nice! The dim sum was very good overall. We chose the Moo Shu as our main which was good but not particularly exciting. It is quite pricey (especially the cocktails!) but the atmosphere is very nice, if a bit crowded.
It was recommended by an old co-worker. I think the food was good! They said family style, but the portions are smaller than what I had envisioned. None the less, the food was well flavored. The Duck was the best duck I've ever had, crispy skin - succulent meat. The space was pretty close to other tables, but the ambiance and specific placing of mirrors does a lot to make up for it. The service was also very quick! Super efficient staff. I'm not sure I would go again, the space was just so tight, but it was a very nice experience!
Loved the food and the service and the ambience. We´ll definitely be back. Only note was that all servings came at once so our dinner was done a little too fast. Next time I'll make sure to keep the servings flowing over a little longer time, to enjoy it slowly. Also - get the Xi'an Goat Slap Noodles!

Amazing food and vibes. I love that they have a special vegan vegetarian menu and each item is too good! I also tried a vegetarian dessert which was just delicious and fresh! Would go again
I was totally looking forward to this experience, but it did not meet my expectation the flavor profiles on many of the foods taste at the same the French toast. It had a very good profile which was different but the bread use did not match the quality of the restaurant it seemed to be kind of cheap French toast and not puffy French toast. Also there was not enough sauce on the potatoes so I wouldn't recommend the potatoes. They were good. they just didn't also have enough salt. I really did like the biscuit egg sandwich that was tasty. I found it interesting how the blackberries were sliced in half that was in poor taste to me and came off as being cheap instead of giving a full blackberry Our service was slow and the server was not not attentive. It's a charge of 4% surcharge on a list of favorable experience is crazy to me. I know that this week can be removed, but I didn't feel like waiting any longer. The food overall was not the greatest so I do not highly recommend
We had a great brunch at Duck Duck Goat with our party of five. They did a great job of accommodating a nut allergy. The food was fantastic!
One of the best brunch experiences. Went with family to celebrate a couple of birthdays, and we were all delighted to receive free desserts!
Went for our anniversary and they went above and beyond. The food and drinks were exceptional!
