I would leave 0 stars if I could, I called them as there was a hair in my drink, and the gentleman I spoke to hung up the phone. He proceeded to decline my calls. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

i went threw the drive thur and i was being rushed to order No Pumpkin Spice in any type. i ordered a avocado toast w bacon that i didn't receive. Not only that i had to turn back around because i didn't receive my munchkins . :( i got a ice tea no lemon no nothing very basic drink . money hungry company, overall that was something

Employees need to do better, went there like a week ago at 12pm drive thru said kitchen was closed, went back 3 days later at 4pm my daughter wanted a bagel they said kitchen was closed! So does this kitchen ever open! Young kids don’t want to work!

I only have time to visit after 10 but the male worker is always very rude, sometimes he doesn’t give me my exact change so I started to pay with card instead but the service and quality has gotten worse each visit, their coffees make me feel sick after drinking. Not worth coming to this spot at this time go visit the location at 11711 S Avenue O

As a senior on this day my grandmother had the worst experience at this store. She was verbally abused and will never go back. The employees were very rude on 3/25/2025 at 9am
Completely applauded by the lack of decency. I ordered a matcha earlier and it was as if they put zero effort in trying to break up the matcha powder in my drink. It tasted amazing but I definitely wasn’t made right… please do better.

Worst part is Mobile Orders are waiting on the counter by the DriveThru and you often end up waiting more than 5min for someone to hand it to you. Burnt Coffee, Dirty Floors & Nasty Bathroom on top of it!

I ordered from the drive through then forget something I tried to order at window the girl she said I can't take your order at the windows her manager told her then I requested the manager she said she not here and we have who in charge speak Spanish only this so Ridiculous. And racist
