Very strange experience as a customer. Would not unlock bathroom for me to use after I had paid. I thought under IL restroom access act (Ally’s Law), food retail outlets were now legally required to offer a toilet that is accessible to patrons upon request for medical reasons. Interesting that this Dunkin feels they don’t need to abide by that…

This is the best Dunkin I ever visited, and there have been very many!! The consistency is what impresses me. The coffee is always fresh and hot. I only drink Mdnight Roast, and I know coffee. I think many times I am given Original Roast when I have no time to go back. I will toss it after a few sips or add Keurig Dark Roasts to it.

Vegetarian options: Impossible sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches, hash browns, grilled cheese

Love this place great staff, they have my order ready everyday when I walk in the door! They still have the Pumpkin spice flavor in store, but not online and they know when I order online to add pumpkin instead a caramel flavor lol Great customer service!
